Alexa watched as Sir Harold led Mello to a corner, her eyes narrowing as she tried to gauge the conversation from a distance. She noticed Mello's countenance change, a mixture of surprise and contemplation crossing his face. After a few minutes, Sir Harold left Mello and walked to the middle of the crowd, his daughter Evelyn by his side.

"May I have everyone's attention, please?" Sir Harold called out, his voice commanding yet warm. The music slowly died down, and all eyes turned toward him.

Sir Harold smiled, radiating confidence. "I have a very good offer that I'd like to present to Mello."
