CHAPTER EIGHTY-SEVEN

Lily saw that the situation was only getting worse.

She tugged at Kevin’s sleeves and whispered to him,

“Please don’t say anything else Kevin, grandma is already angry.”

Kevin looked at her lovingly and said,

“Don’t worry Lily, these people will come crawling back to you.”

Kevin said gently to Lily.

The Jones who heard this started to whisper to each other,

“What did he mean by that? Why would we beg Lily for anything?”

Grandma Jones looked Matilda and a part of her heart ached for the young lady.

She also looked Kevin and Lily, she realized that they really love each other.

Before she could say anything else, the butler came to announce the arrival of someone.

“Mrs. Jones, the CEO of KWTD corporation, Mr. Tuner Don is here to see you.”

Grandma Jones motioned for her senior advisors to join her and walked quickly to the door to greet Tuner.

“I’m sorry to disturb you again.”

Tuner said as he walked into the reception room with his assistants.
