CHAPTER SIXTY-FOUR

Lily didn’t want to get in the way of Kevin’s success.

She thought that with his boss’s help, he would be accepted by the Jones family.

“If you need anything, just call the receptionist with the intercom over there. I’ll give you a tour when I get back.” Kevin said.

Then he got in the elevator to head down to the valley to pick up his car.

Kevin stopped in an up-scale mall to buy Eliana a sparkling diamond necklace.

Of course it was not too expensive for Eliana but he wanted to give her something as a token of his appreciation.

Then he headed to the Whitefield hotel.

When he got out of his car, Lorenzo held the door and gave him a warm greeting.

“Mr. Williams, what a pleasant surprise. Mr. Collins asked me to wait for you here.”

This was quite a contrast compared to how Lorenzo treated him when he first saw Kevin.

Now, he treated him with far more respect.

Kevin smiled and said,

“It’s good to see you, Lorenzo. I hope you have been staying out of trouble?”
