CHAPTER TWELVE

That night when they got back to their house, Kevin went to his room and waited for Lily.

As she got to the room and was about to lay down on the bed, Kevin looked at her and said confidently

“Don’t worry Lily… Drake Jones will not be able to form a deal with the CEO of Williams Media. No one would be able to except you.”

After he said this, he didn’t care how Lily would react.

He turned around, closed his eyes and went to sleep.

Lily was stunned for a moment. She didn’t expect Kevin to actually read her mind but what he said really left her speechless.

She wasn’t entirely sure if he was right but if she went to talk to Williams Media about the partnership, she would definitely succeed.

How could she be so sure that this won’t be done by anyone except her?

“He sure do know how to annoy someone!”

Lily said to herself.

Rolling her eyes, Lily turned off the light and put the whole thing out of her mind and went to sleep.

After Lily left for work the next morning, Kevin also headed out.
