“Mr. Morrison, I see our doctors have nursed you back to health,” he exclaimed excitedly.

“What doctors?” Morrison asked, furrowing his brows.

“Same ones that concluded I was dead?”

Emiliano frowned after he heard what Morrison said.

“If they concluded you were dead then how is it that you are doing so well compared to when I left?” He enquired, observing the look on Martha's face.

“You have Mr. Banks to thank for that,” Henry volunteered a response.

The change in Emiliano's face was visible to all in the room, “Which Mr. Banks are you referring to?” He asked as if he knew several people with the name.

“The same one that was once married to your daughter!” Henry snapped, exhausted by Emiliano's pretense.

Emiliano gritted his teeth in anger.

“I'm sure there must be a mistake somewhere.”

“The man whom you refer to as Mr. Banks knows nothing about medical practice. He lived in my house for a couple of years so I know him quite well.”
