Teamwork makes a team

Their space craft had been landed, and some of the alien crafts were down too; the heroes were pulled down.

The door of their space ship opened up; and all of them walked out of it before the door was closed again. They saw aliens; armies. They were blue in color and even had armor and weapons. Their leader who showed up then was huge and also blue skinned; his armor was heavy and he had a spear in his right hand; but he wasn't actually the leader. He was just a commander.

Their real King was approaching and the soldiers began to bow till he arrived at the front. The commander bows too.

The King didn't look like a fighter; he was young; blue as well. Some of the soldiers forced the heroes on their knees before moving back to their former positions.

“Welcome to MEIK… but you moved on the wrong path”, he said

Sophie smirks and replied, “you don't know who we are… but if you'd like to know …”

“The fate of everyone of you lies in the hands of one of you”, the King said, “you will fight my strongest warrior; only one of you… and if you lose, you all die… but if you win, I'll spare you… but I assure you; we've had trespassers, and my commander; Libos is alive”

Libos smirks while grinning.

Sophie was about to get up to fight, but Stanley pulled her back, “You’re probably too powerful for him; this will worsen things”

“Robin… Felicia… Stanley… anyone of you”, Stewart suggested. Robin and Felicia stood up at the same time; and both gazed at each other with a 'back off' look 'let me handle this'.

“Felicia; let him do it”, Stewart advised . She hesitated, but moved back and allowed Robin to step forward.

Libos smiles, “worthy looking opponent”, he said

“this is a fair fight… since you didn’t choose a lady; it's fair on both sides”, the King claimed, “take them to the battleground”.

They were all led to the arena for the battle to take place. While the King was seated and soldiers were almost everywhere. Libos and Robin entered the arena.

“this is a bad idea”, Felicia said to the others and Sophie replies, “looks like you and I agree on that… this is a risk… what if Robin loses”

“Then we'll fight our way out” Tom said

“you must like fighting a lot”, Daniella chuckles while Naomi turns to Daniella looking at her weirdly, “ I can't believe you're looking so confident at this point; that’s badass”

“If you say so… but not really… and you're right, I'm not scared”, Daniella agrees. “Robin loses; we fight our way out of this place”, Mr Stewart added

Libos hits his spear on the ground; and instantly all the soldiers who were chanting kept quiet. Robin looked at his friends for few seconds, then back at Libos. He breathes in and out before closing his eyes and then his hands glowed light, then his eyes which he opened.

Libos smiles and dashed forward before Robin could know it; the latter was thrust back before rolling over on the ground. Robin stood up quickly as he saw Libos coming again.

Libos swings his spear at Robin, but he swerves to the left, then bends as he balanced on a hand before kicking Libos’s leg, but Libos wasn’t even moved by that; instead, he tried to step on Robin, so Robin got back on his feet and sent rays of light at Libos. While the light was too bright for most of the people there, Libos wasn't affected; he smacks his spear against Robin so hard her was thrown aback.

Libos walked confidently up to Robin and raised his spear; ready to finish him, but the fight hadn’t even started yet; it was just about to begin.

Robin speedily delivers a quick upper cut to Libos’s jaw and this took him off balance; even off his feet, and before he could land, Robin had jumped at him then smashed him down on the ground. He then kicked Libos like kicking a bucket. †

Libos grunts and smirks; boosting like a rocket at Robin, but Robin reacted quickly and shot a concussive light beam from his eyes which blasts Libos backwards before he could get to him. Robin then generated a ball of light with his hands, his eyes shining bright.

‘Hit the ground’ he heard in his mind like someone spoke to him.

He immediately punched the surface as his hands was covered in light. This occurred just as Libos had hit the ground with his own spear to try something

But whoever communicated with Robin was watching Libos and knew what he wanted to do while Robin was busy with the ball of light he was generating

Well, this worked fine, as Libos’s spear made contact with the surface, the ground quaked furiously towards Robin, but while Robin obeyed the voice and hits the ground with the ball of light in his hands, the surface quaked even more furiously towards Libos as light rays were in the ground too; this overcame the move made by Libos and also the light blasted Libos from underground; throwing him up so high, before landing on his back.

Robin walked towards Libos and placed a leg on him, “I win!”, he said

The King had a look of surprise on his face, and his soldiers were silent; Stanley stepped forward saying, “he won your fighter; can we leave now”

The King nods reluctantly; and the heroes began to leave. Heading back to their space craft.

“Fantastic move out there… you did it like you were experienced”, Tom lauded Robin, and he chuckles before replying, “I wasn’t experienced; a voice just…”

“My voice”, Sophie cuts in, “I'm a goddess… I’m Star… light powers aren’t new to me, and if you hadn’t done anything, you would've been injured or even killed by Libos out there… but I doubt you'd die though”

“Thank you”, Robin replies

“we’re a team now; it's my responsibility”, Sophie spoke and went in first

“she sounds different… like… not like when we arrived here” Daniella whispered to Naomi who replies her, “maybe… maybe she's not so bad of a goddess”

They all went in and took off; leaving the planet to continue their journey.

(EARTH)

(LONDON)

(HOUSE OF GATES)

Workers were busy both inside and outside the company buildings, but in its premises. Some trucks arrived; meant to deliver materials for the usage of the company, then workers in large numbers came out of the trucks; maybe those who were to deliver. But as they came down, and were being attended to by House of Gates securities, they pulled out heavy machine guns and began to shoot anyhow; there was immediate pandemonium. They began to put on their clown masks and were led by Strange Man.

They trooped in; shooting and damaging resources while seizing whatever they wish to.

The strange man and more were taking the elevator in order to get Mr. Gates, but as soon as they arrived at his office, they saw him seated on a chair without fear. They grabbed him quickly and took the elevator down, where they gathered everyone, pointing guns at them.

While in the space craft, Mr. Stewart was going through the computers when a distress signal appeared, he quickly checked its source and called their attentions, “House of Gates is under attack…come see this”

Felicia hurried to see, and they could see the CCTV footage, “I have to go”

“How… we’re far from Earth already”, Tom replies

“Portals” Felicia said

“I'm coming … I'm very fast”, Naomi said

“Be quick with that”, Sophie surprisingly agreed. Felicia picked up a small remote like device and clicked it; a portal appears in there, then she went in along with Naomi, Tom, and Daniella.

A portal appeared outside the company; so the terrorists outside pointed their guns at it. The four walked out, and these terrorists knew who they were already; since they work with Strange Man obviously.

They opened fire, but Tom sharply made a silver shield enough for them. Even he was surprised he could do that quickly.

Felicia jumped out of hiding and without wasting time shone a bright light on them; almost getting them blind, but while they shielded their eyes, Naomi speedily took their guns away and also punching them. Finally, Daniella used her telekinetic abilities to gather them together in one spot before they were tied up by Naomi.

The four of them went in and continued this process to fight the terrorists; Strange Man watched them fight. Looking confident that he would take down the four of them, but he heard a voice in his head, “Abort mission!”

He was reluctant, but just as he was about to run, Naomi boosted towards him so fast that the glasses around we shattered and she also grabbed him. A ghost version of him walked out of his body to escape her while another fought against her. The one who looked like a ghost later turns to a normal bodied person as the one left behind disappears.

But all the terrorists were captured by just the four heroes. They left quickly, but before leaving, Felicia winked at her dad while smiling

While they were back in the space craft still flying, Daniella was smiling sheepishly; thinking about the perfect teamwork they had, “looks like the encounters are preparing us for the future already”, Stanley commented

“Yeah… it's perfect”, Daniella replied sharply

“I'm not the teamwork kind, but it was good”, said Sophie; she exhaled and continued, “this might turn out good enough”

“Approaching Wormhole…”, Stanley said and they looked ahead to see it; “this makes journeys faster”

“Yes… get ready… we might as well end up close to IC 1101 through this”, Sophie said.

(UNIDENTIFIED PLANET)

The sky was yellow; the soil red like clay, but soft like sandy soil. Phantom Knight was on a chair in the same place Photo Power had come to; he was holding his sword as always, and bending his head.

Approaching footsteps could be heard as someone was coming; Phantom Knight raised his head slowly to see who it was, “Well Well Well… if this isn’t Phantom Knight”, the person said; having a female voice

“And you are?”, Phantom Knight asked

“I'm a big fan… really big fan of your great feats… but I'm not here for what everyone has always wanted”

“why are you here?”, Phantom Knight asked

“We both know it’s almost impossible; no… impossible to take that sword, but I can make you lose it, by… clearing your records; destroying your feats and pride”

Phantom Knight smirks, “leave… or you'll be one of the heads”

“And yes… You can call me… Adaptoid”, she said with a wicked smile across her face.
