Chapter 11: Reset!

Two hours have passed since Alex was buried under the rocky ground, his body nearly exhausted.

His legs were pinned down by the rocks, and the injuries sustained earlier were now worsening.

If he hadn't quickly drawn a protective barrier to stop everything, his head might have been crushed by now.

Blood oozed, clouding his mind, almost making his recollection of his previous life a blurry dream.

The thought made Alex appear colder.

Eventually, he fell into a near-silent state, gazing at his watch—it was 7 PM, but the rescue team's sound hadn't reached him yet.

It seemed they either couldn't find a clue to locate him, or they were still blocked by the thick layer of rock outside.

At this moment, what stood between Alex and freedom was just a rock—not small, but not too large either.

He could have easily kicked this rock away if he were uninjured and had enough strength.
