A Chance Encounter

I woke up the next morning feeling alive and energetic.

The king sized bed performed its duty perfectly, and I felt very comfortable laying on it.

It reminded me of my home, and how comfortable my living space was.

Weeks of sleeping in the school dorm bed had almost made me forget the feeling. This served as a reminder, and for some minutes after I woke up I layed there, just enjoying the warmth of the bed.

Soon after I got up and began to prepare for the day.

Our interview at the company was today, and I had to get up early to be ready on time.

All the students from each school were to be ready by eight in the morning, as was the information passed to us.

We would converge in the lobby of the hotel and then be taken to the venue of the interview in a large bus.

It was some minutes past six in the morning, and it didn’t take me long before I got ready.

I couldn’t rock my usual street wear baggy style of clothing, as the outing called for something more formal in nature.
