"There he is, our guild's hero.""Oh, don't call him only the hero of our guild. Call him the true hero of our academy who not only defeated this year's all participants but he also defeated previous year's warriors.""You are right, I should call him that. Then from now on, he is our master. The true master of horseracing."Some guys chuckled loudly as they were seen to be playing swords not so seriously. "Welcome here, the true master of Tyron." As they saw Idris walking to the field, they uttered so in unison. Like the team members waiting for their captain, they also looked at Idris. Idris with a serious face looked at them, and they gave him a wide warm smile. "I see, you guys need some more training."Upon hearing him, all of their faces became pale. They heaved a sigh and focused on their practising while Idris walked away."Guys, come on. You know what a tough guy he is, do you expect he will smile back at us? Just focus on your practices." One of the guys voiced so while an
"Wait, I forgot to announce an important thing. One person can be challenged only once, and if the one who has been challenged wins in the match then he will gain 1 point for his team while the opposite team will lose 1 point. Keep it in mind that if the one who wins the challenge wants, he can challenge any member of the opposite team and same rules are to be applied. Once someone is challenged, they must fight but can't back away." As the teacher announced so, some students hit their heads gently in disappointment while some grinned in satisfaction."This is perfect, now we will win for sure. That looser can never win against our Charles, he will be defeated so badly.""Yeah, he got zero chance. He should have made some excuses so he could at least save his face, it's embarrassing to lose in front of everyone you know. But look at his solemn attitude haha, he must be preparing before becoming a joker."While the students made a ruckus among themselves, Idris firmly stood on opposite
[Level: 13/49] [Exp: 237/350] [Power points: 120][Strength: 85%] [Flexibility: 90%] [Stamina: good] [Intelligence: 179][Mission: Win "The Best Archer" trophy][Remaining hours: 11]Letting out a sigh, Idris turned off the screen as he rested his head against the sofa. He put his hand over his forehead and closed his eyes. After yesterday's match he was surrounded by his friends for most of the time so even though he knew about his new mission he didn't get the time to practice at all. Back then when Idris let all those caged souls be freed, he got their blessings. Soon, he got a new dorm room and there, he met them... the students who supported Idris. They were not toxic but innocent. They accepted him as their friends and so did Idris. "Captain, are not you getting ready? The tournament is going to start in an hour." One of his friends voiced so as he entered the room.Idris kept quiet, now he liked silence more than before. When they started calling him captain, Idris told
"How about we celebrate tonight?""That's a good idea, let's celebrate our winning tonight. It will be fun, with only us."Idris didn't talk but walked with his friends who were busy making plans for tonight, apart from Idris winning most of the competition and ranking 1st they also won some."Captain, how about we cook?""Cook?" Idris questioned, as far as he remembered never did he ever cook by himself. In his previous life, because he could not see and now, because he never got a chance to."Yeah, it's alright if we can't. We all will help each other, and I will arrange everything. How does it sound?"Idris looked at the space for a while before nodding his head, "Fine, let's go with that.""Yes!"When they were walking away, suddenly a familiar voice called his name and Idris paused."Idris."His friends looked at the direction and so did he. But as he saw who saw it, his face turned back to pale."I want to talk to about something, I will only take two minutes." Izak asserted.Id
"Oh, he is moving. Idris is finally on it." The crowd screamed again, cheering for Idris. While Grace ran like she was in for a marathon, Idris kept checking the surrounding. "That's a deer." And he shot at the deer.Truth to be told, in every competition Idris only used his manpower but not any magic. So far, nobody knew about how much powerful he truly was. Idris paused with his horse as he noticed there was two ways in front of him, his sharp gaze scanning the surrounding. He confusedly looked at his right and then at left, "I have been hunting in the north for awhile now, if there was any beast I would have sensed it. Since I felt nothing, I should check in the east and west."With those thoughts in his head, Idris brushed against Grace's fur gently and Grace started running again. "Let's go.""Guys, guys. Stop." Lexhn suddenly pulled away and his friends also stopped behind him. "What happened?" Andrew questioned as he couldn't understand why did he tell them to stop."Can you
The four legged animal looked like a horse but it's fur was far more different than a normal horse. It was as tall as a normal horse would be but it's eyes were burning fire while it's tail was thicker than a normal horse and the tail kept moving to the left and right. Starting from it's neck to the middle portion of it's eyes, the fire colored light kept glowing like a lava. And in some places of it's body, there were golden color light illuminating. There was a weird ominous aura surrounding it that even though Idris was standing kinda away from it, he could feel the aura. "It's looking in my way." He uttered, taking some steps backwards while the horse's eyes were fixated only on him. In the middle of the forest when not even the sound of a falling leaf could be heard, the horse seemed to brighten the forest. But it didn't give Idris any peace of mind, instead he was super worried. He scanned the surrounding and muttered under his breath, "It seems like either this horse lost it'
The hunting ground was supposed to be not so chaotic yet everywhere people were only talking, making a ruckus in places. "Guys, it's been so long since Idris has gone. Why is he still not back yet?""Everyone has came back except for him. Is he alright? Can it be that he got lost in the forest?""What if those boys bullied him again? Nobody will know anything if they bully Idris in the middle of the forest, maybe they really hurt him that's why he is not back yet? I know him, he is a warrior. But fighting back to five people can be tricky specially if the bad people are prepared."In the midst of the chaos, everyone was waiting for the last participant to arrive. "Oh, look at the situation we are in now. I told you that brat wouldn't be able to survive this time." Charles commented, as he saw the worried faces of Idris's friends. Lexhn clapped his hands and added with a smirk, "He was flying to high so that's what he deserves. Had he listen to us from the start, he would still be a
"Students, welcome back to Tyron Campus. Since your holiday is over now and your reports are out, today I will tell you where are you getting assigned to for work and everything that you need to know about it."Most of the students looked so excited that they started chattering again while Idris stood at a corner, his focus was somewhere else. "Don't worry about mother, she might be angry at you now but she will understand you soon. So don't worry too much and focus on your goal." Idris met Sasha but he didn't get to see Merle. Though he tried to but since Merle herself told him that she didn't want to see him, he was sad. After spending two days with his family, Idris headed back to the campus. 'Mother must be very angry at me since I came here without her permission. Even though two years has already passed, she didn't even come to see me when I left the palace yesterday night. But I really want to tell her why I'm doing this all. Mother... Sigh! I hope she forgives me and underst
