The group of guards stood on the watchtower, looking out for any sign of transformed people to gun them down before they spread the disease. Suddenly, they saw three pregnant women approaching. Rowan, Ajatar, Max and Josh, were currently enjoying their stay in Los Angeles. The authorities had looked for a foster mother for the orphan baby. As they all felt relaxed, a soldier suddenly showed up. He told Rowan that there was an emergency, stating that a group of transformed people had broken into the walls of the city.
