Surveying the scene, I noticed the absence of some of Ava and Eva's belongings. It wasn't a case of kidnapping. I started to launch my overthinking ability, began piecing together the events from the subtle clues they had left behind.

Firstly, a man materialized in the heart of the penthouse, his presence marked by a lone footprint that suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Then, Ava and Eva, by their footprints, emerged from their respective spots—one from the bed and the other from the kitchen table—and moved towards the man. It seemed they recognized him, likely their father, given how quickly they rushed to him. It could be observed from the footprint size, width, and the part that hit the floor whether they were walking slowly, leaving complete footprints, or running with only part of their footprints visible. The different distance between each footprint told how they moved.
