Chapter 264

He stared into her disgusted eyes and almost burst into tears. He couldn't hide how betrayed and hurt he was.

“I-Isobel–” he tried to reason with her but she shut him up with another slap.

He watched as she rushed back to Mason and knelt by his head, yelling for someone to grab her a towel.

“I'm fine… ugh… I'm fine…” Mason groaned, forcing himself to sit up. He looked at Eric with pure hatred, “So you're not just poor, you're a coward too. You just had to catch me off guard. You're going to regret doing that.”

“You wanna go?” Eric squeezed his fists. He was too full of hate and rage. He had thought that Isobel would reconsider after he had shown dominance over Mason, but it seemed she never loved him in the first place.

Mason scoffed, rubbing his jaw, “Why would I fight some backwash dreg?” He raised his left hand and gestured towards Eric, “Luke, Peter, you know what to do.”
