Kate seemed to find it a fun activity and even refused to let her smile disappear from her face because she could spend time with Kenneth's mother.

"They didn't even hear me speak or maybe my voice wasn't loud enough." Kenneth coughed slightly then prepared to greet Kate, hoping that the girl would hear him.

"I was here all along, were you looking for me?" Kate turned to look at Kenneth's arrival.

"Yes, because I saw your car in front and the household assistant told me where you were here," replied Kenneth.

"You better sit with Kenneth and I'll cut the cake for you." Kate smiled.

"Okay, I want that chocolate taste, Auntie." Kate pointed to one of the cakes she had decorated earlier.
