Chapter Thirty Five; Judging Her.

There was a moment of silence on the other side of the phone.

For a minute, Geraldine did nit belive what he was saying.

Then a loud laughter sounded from Geraldine’s side.

“Like hell I’ll believe you?” She definitely did not believe that he was that eager to eat dinner with her.

It would be very strange if he would decide to come up to two hours earlier than their orignaiallu planned date.

Was he that eager to eat with her or was he that eager to hear about how he could meet Galileo?

But then she suddenly remembered that he had requested that she move the dinner to four o’clock but she had refused.

Didn’t he see her message before coming so early like this? She clearly said they’d be there by six.

“No Geraldine, I am serious, by the way what is your surname?”

That question caught the young lady off guard. Why was he asking about her surname? Did he try to do any investigation about her?
