"Sir, it's not safe out there. You need to go with your guards". Helen had tried, oh how she had tried, to convince Aaron not to attend that wedding.

She knew the risks all too well – the paparazzi, the media frenzy, and the lurking threats from his adversaries.

But her pleas fell on deaf ears. She couldn't understand why he was so pig-headed. And why was he bent on going to the wedding? She told herself she didn't care. She was just doing her job.

"Sir, please reconsider," she had urged him, her voice laced with concern. "It's too dangerous to go alone, without your security guards. You're making yourself an easy target."

He had brushed off her worries with a dismissive wave of his hand. "Helen, I can handle myself. I need to be there, to set things right."
