133. Stop Seeking Revenge

Several times her calls were rejected, Julie felt anger in her heart, but this time, she mustn't act recklessly as before even though she really wanted to slam her phone again. She forced herself to remain calm, took a deep breath, and wanted to try contacting Kalix's number once more.

Julie turned around, she saw Mason standing at the doorway with his arms folded across his chest. The man, though no longer young, still retained traces of his handsomeness and flamboyant youth, and his mature demeanor was actually his main charm. Julie sighed inwardly about Mason, but she still couldn't entirely blame the man.

She knew the fact that she couldn't let go of Mason even though she occasionally despised him.
