"Come on, sit down quickly, dessert will be served," Dao chuckled as Glenn and Victor re-entered the VIP room.

As they sat down, Yuen whispered something to Dao, and they both smiled. Dao cleared his throat and steered the conversation in a more serious direction.

"So, Glenn, how’s the progress on the vaccine we’re developing?" Dao asked, glancing at Mr. Zhang. "I’ve already asked for his opinion on the potential of your vaccine. He said it’s very promising."

"Oh, did he?" Glenn turned to Mr. Zhang. "I wasn’t aware of that."

"Is it really that good, Zhang? Don’t fool me," Dao laughed heartily, but his laughter carried a hint of warning for Mr. Zhang not to mess around.

"I wouldn’t joke about a vaccine," Mr. Zhang replied. "What Glenn is developing is indeed top-notch. He’s shared his noble intentions with me, so why would I lie?"

Dao nodded. "Yes, I was just kidding. No need to take it seriously, Zhang."
