Chapter forty

Natasha's pov

Natasha woke up to the blinding sunlight and yawned lazily. Thanks to the grace of a beautiful weekend, she felt she had been resting for a thousand years, and that she was now fit enough to take on the new working week.

She got up from the bed lazily, but then felt like her tummy almost pinned her back to the bed; probably warning her to get up from bed the proper way. She stared at the bump on her belly and sighed for a while.

A slight smile crept up her lips as she placed her hands on her belly, caressing her tummy. How she kept going on, she couldn't explain, but she knew his child in her is one of the driving forces that kept making her strive and work hard-hard to secure a better life for her and her child or so she imagined.

Every morning, she woke up pretending she was pregnant, her love for babies became an obsession, one she wouldn't let go of soon but she wouldn't dare have a child.
