Chapter 51

After my disaster of a date with Chloe, Sean couldn't take the self-loathing anymore.

Grabbing his jacket, he picked up a few things with his car keys and drove out.

Wandering for almost thirty minutes, Sean arrived at his destination.

The bar was a bit seedy but it was what he needed.

A place to let off steam, and maybe get drunk.

Grabbing the baseball cap he always kept on his car after his face became plastered all over social media, Sean turned off the engine and walked inside but not before tipping the kids around some cash so they could watch over his car.

The door to the pub was old and rusty but the minute Sean walked in, he was transported back in time.

Old vinyl records were playing, high-backed chairs and booths with a small space in the middle of the room which was for dancing.

Sean ignored the looks of interest by several ladies and walked straight to the bar.
