As soon as Richard entered the cage, the lions eyes locked onto him like predators sensing prey. Their tails twitched, and their ears perked up, as if daring him to come closer. With a sudden burst of ferocity, the lions pounced, their powerful legs propelling them towards Richard like a sport car.But just as the lions were about to strike, Richard instinctively closed his eyes and time seemed to freeze. The lions' snarling faces halted mere inches from Richard's, their hot breath suspended in mid-air. The world around him became a statue-still tableau, as if time itself had been paused.Richard's eyes widened in wonder as he gazed upon the frozen lions. He raised a hand, and to his amazement, the lions didn't flinch. He could see every detail of their ferocious expressions, every muscle tense and ready to strike.
