CHAPTER THIRTY - NINE

The nurse came in after an hour to discharge Vivian.

They went home afterwards.

He laid her on the bed to rest, and she slowly fell asleep. He sat at the top of the bed, where her head was rubbing his hand on her forehead gently, with his face so close to hers as though he were about to kiss her. He spoke to her with a faint voice.

"Babe I can't imagine my life without you; you lying down here helplessly makes me feel bad. I wish I could take your pains and how you are away. I promise to always be by your side, baby.

He took his hand down to her Tommy.

"Hey little champ, Daddy loves you".

As the day passed, she gradually got back on her feet. Henry wanted them to go back to London; he was so scared it might happen again.

He told Vivian that he wanted them to return to London; he was scared about what might happen to her next.

"But baby, it is just two months and a week, and you already want us to go back. Isn't it a three-month holiday?

"Yes, baby, I can't risk letting anything happen
