I watched a smile cross my boss's lips, he looked back at his phone placed on the table, because a message just came in, then he picked it up and then began scrolling for some seconds, while the smile still settled on his lips, he dropped his phone and then returned his gaze back to me.

All this while he didnt say anything, and I couldn't say a word either, I just waited patiently for his response.

But what if he asks why? He would surely ask why, and how the hell would I tell him to fire two of his employees just because I don't like them? it wouldn't make sense at all, it doesn't even make sense to me.
