Mrs Emilia ran downstairs to the living room, where Amber was sitting on the couch, her eyes glued to the television.

"Hey, have you seen your grandpa?" Mrs Emilia asked.

Amber shrugged, her eyes still focused on the TV.

"You bastard, how dare you ignore me?" Mrs Emilia growled.

"I didn't ignore you, I just said I don't know where he is, I didn't see him this morning," Amber explained, her eyes on Mrs Emilia this time.

"Why are you always getting on my nerves?" Mrs Emilia asked, glaring at Amber in disgust.

"But what have I done wrong?" Amber asked.

"Yes, what did she do wrong?" Mrs Laurette interrupted.

"Excuse me?" Mrs Emilia asked.

"I heard everything she said, she doesn't know where he is, so why are you insulting her?" Mrs Laurette muttered.

"Who gave you the idea to interfere? Or have you gone mad?" Mrs Emilia growled at Mrs Laurette.

What do you mean, interfere? Don't I have the right to know why you're scolding my daughter?" Mrs Laurette defended herself.
