As soon as the middle-aged man finished his statement, Smith raised his eyebrows and a cold smile appeared on his face. It was as though he'd already know that the chancellor wasn't going to give him the keys to the Great Beyond library willingly.

“Why won't you give me?” He asked as he suppressed the anger that surged through his veins. He wanted to know the reason why the man was behaving in such a way even though he had an idea.
