236. ...your wildest dream.

At first, Alaric didn't think anything about the blurred part of the video. It was when he remembered the paramedics who remained in the scene that was when he was triggered.

Rising from the couch he was occupying suddenly with his hand resting on his waist, he began staring into space as his head spiraled with different thoughts.

“Someone must have come for him. There is no way the paramedics will remain in a spot when someone is dying.” He muttered, reaching out for his phone on the arm of the couch.

Dialing a contact, he placed his phone against his ear but the call didn't go through, frustrating him even further.

With his hand stuck up in his hair,he began to pace around only to storm out of the living room the next minute.

On arrival at the airport, it was like nothing had even happened there an hour ago and so instead of making enquiries, he took his leave.

Now seated behind the steering wheel of his car, he had a hand supporting his chin while the other was on the wheel.
