Chapter 57

Jayden didn't know what really happened to them, he was still little, when it happened. He had only seen his uncle, Lukas and his family just twice, and he was just 12 years old. They had gone to Los Angeles.

When he grew up, he was told that they were missing. No much details were added, and he didn't ask any further.

"Apparently, they are. We found them, and I decided to host a family get-together, so we can bond. And so that you can also get to know your cousins, too. They will be here, tomorrow. So, get ready," his father said, and turned to leave, as Jayden nodded.

He stopped, and faced him again, "how's the company? Any progress?" He asked, drawing nearer to where he sat.

"The company is growing. We are having a meeting next week at Crescent City. I'm working on getting everything set," Jayden replied, saving his work, and shutting down the computer.

He was feeling tired already, and needed to rest.
