Chapter 225: The Last Conversation

OF ALL hours that Charles is gonna wake up, his body chose the time when August was far away from him. Without August knowing, Charles had woken up from his peaceful slumber.

And now, Charles had accepted a new visitor within his approval—And the nurse was just informing him right now about this.

“You should have called me earlier. Why are you just telling me now?” August shook his head and scratched his neck because of annoyance. “And why the hell did my father accept Wesley as his visitor? All of you already knew about his situation!” he added, pertaining to Charles’ condition.

The tone of his voice slightly rose, and his voice became louder, too. August’s burst of anger took the attention of everyone within the vicinity, and as August realized he was starting to create a scene, he waved his hands to everyone looking at him, a sign that he was apologizing.

“Miss Sapphire told us not to call you while you’re in a meeting. She said that we might disturb you,” the nurse informed Augus
