CHAPTER 21.Did he ace the test?

Robert wiped his face with his handkerchief, trying to cool himself down. He had run several kilometers to ensure he wouldn't be late for his lectures. Panting heavily, he watched as Lily walked over to him and dropped the set of questions on his desk.

"You have 25 minutes to answer these questions!" she declared, then returned to the front of the class.

Gasps spread through the lecture hall, and students began murmuring to each other.

"25 minutes? Are you kidding me?" one student exclaimed in disbelief. "Who does that? We had to complete ours in 25 minutes. If he's given a second chance, it should be 20 minutes at most."

"No, 15 minutes would have been more appropriate!" another student chimed in.

"I suppose she's just showing him favoritism. There's no other way to explain what's happening here."

"It's quite outrageous, but let's just see how the poor guy fails the test even with the extra time."
