Jason walked out of Jerry's office, his face burning, literally.

He hurried to the restroom and splashed some water on his face.

He looked down at his shirt and saw the coffee stains on it.

There was no saving the shirt and it was half his nice clothes.

Jason wasn't sure if he heard right. “What do you mean I can't come back?” He asked Jerry when he saw that the other man wouldn't clarify.“It's simple, honestly. If you leave without permission then you're automatically fired.” Jerry replied, going through some files on his desk.He hadn't even bothered sugarcoating it. “Be sure to take all your properties on your way out. Maybe they'll send us someone with actual brain cells after you've gone.” He murmured harshly under his breath but Jason had heard him loud and clear. Jason stood stock still. He didn't know what to do.“Are you still here?” Jerry asked him when he didn't move.“But, isn't there a way around it?” Jason asked. He couldn't miss this. He had to get to the school and fix his classes.“Get this Jackson, there's no way around it and even if there was I still wouldn't tell you. Now get your wretched self out of my office.” Jason walked robotically out of the office. He slumped down in his chair and supported his face

Jason was very much eager to start at a new school, maybe even make some while he was at it. The only friend he had made in his previous school was Raymond and unfortunately he didn't transfer with him.He walked the short path to the school and a short while later he was approaching the school premises. He didn't see anyone else walking, He was the only one walking along the path. Cars sped past him towards the school's main entrance.Jason got to the school entrance and was amazed at what he was seeing. The school parking lot was bursting with cars of different types. Expensive types. It was plain obvious that this was a school for the rich kids.
