CHAPTER EIGHTY “Where's everyone?” Owen asked when he got home. He had not come home the day before, due to extra paperwork at the office. When he was through with the signings and all, he couldn't go home as it was late already, so he slept at the office and now, he was back, but he couldn't find Mia and some others. CHAPTER EIGHTY THREE Esme had not been able to relax ever since she got the text message from the unknown person. Although she had been warned not to call or text, she had tried contacting the person several times but the line didn't go through. She knew her son would be on the verge of giving up and this really troubled her. When he got abducted, he would have hoped that she would come to his rescue somehow, but after not seeing her for a couple of days, his hope would have reduced or died completely. Mai had made sure that the whole city knew of the party.
