"What did you mean earlier?" Johnny asked.

Johnny took a moment to make sure no one was listening to the conversation before asking, "What do you mean? Of course, there's a restriction. Otherwise, everyone would be able to get a power."

It was something everyone grew up knowing, and nothing had proven that idea otherwise. Only the elite got to encounter the divine power system and obtain a power that would enrich their own lives.
