"What terrifying speed!! Even I almost lost track of him when he made his move. Is he really only at the Foundation Building stage?!" said a mid-stage Core Formation disciple in astonishment.
Another disciple comment again.
"Not only that, he actually manage to stopped an attack from an early Core Formation realm cultivator with just a finger. What a monster, it looks like young master Longwei with his Legendary Physique, isn't the only monster level genius the Wu Clan has."
As Longmin stood there with his finger against Xiang Shi's sword, the red rune on the tip of his finger released a string of energy into it.
With astounding speed, it shot towards the hidden aura that was headed for Xiang Shi's dantian.
The hidden aura began to struggle while it was being wrapped up by Longmin's string of energy, but, its struggle was futile as the string of energy effortlessly overpower it and began to pull it towards Longmin's finger.
After the aura entered the rune on his finger, Longmin dropped his hand and slowly turned around to look at Li Shen who was still on the ground.
Li Shen had sensed what had just happened to his hidden aura, and a look of surprise flashed within Li Shen's eyes, which then transformed into anger, before quickly turning calm.
Those changes were so minor a normal person wouldn't have been able to detect them, however, Longmin who was silently looking at Li Shen saw those changes within his eyes very clearly.
The fourteen-year-old Longmin just smiled as he looked at Li Shen. Even though his appearance was different, his smile still held a certain charm that made him seem harmless.
With his young and immature face, that smile could make someone feel calm, and less threaten by him.
Li Shen saw that smile and thought to himself.
'Was it a coincidence he found my Mirror Aura? The manual said that no one below the Sage realm should be able to sense it if used it with my current cultivation. Even Sage realm cultivators if they aren't specifically looking for it wouldn't be able to sense it. It must have been a coincidence, there is no way this Foundation brat's perception could be keener than a Sage realm expert.'
The tension in Li Shen's heart eased. This technique was his most guarded secret that he went to great lengths to make sure no one found out about it.
The last thing he wanted was the Wu Clan getting wind that he had a technique like this. He knew how powerful and special the technique was, and he didn't want to take any chances.
'Though I have to admit that this little guy in front of me is really a monster-level genius. He's so powerful despite being in the mid-stage of the Foundation realm.'
As soon as Li Shen's attention drifted, and he stop thinking of Longmin as a threat.
With the same smiling expression, Longmin's brown pupils suddenly lit up with a blue and gold rune.
Longmin's eyes then glazed over Li Shen's body stopping at his dantian for a second and then moving onto his forehead.
Li Shen suddenly felt a cold chill went down his spine as he sensed the treasure in his sea of consciousness trembling along with the developing Mirror Aura within his dantian.
Li Shen's face went pale as he realized his blunder.
He had actually let his guard down thinking that Longmin couldn't have sensed his aura. He thought that he was probably here to stop the fight and happened to sense the aura within Xiang Shi's sword.
'Wh.. why did I think that? Now that he found out about my technique there's no way he's going to let me go. Dammit!!" Li Shen screamed in his heart.
"It's because of that bastard Xiao Fang forcing me to come here. I don't know how he found out about the manual in my sea of consciousness, but he had no idea about the technique itself and how special it was, so I could have handled his schemes. But now this demon of a child appeared out of nowhere and just causally figured everything out. Worse of all he's one of the young masters of the Wu Clan. I've dealt with people like him before, and they're nothing but a bunch of greedy shameless dogs who see everyone as ants below their feet. But even so, there's no way I can't fight back against him.'
Li Shen's heart was in turmoil as he greeted his teeth in frustration.
'The only way for him to get the technique is to sever the connection between the manually and my soul, but they're totally fused. I would die if he decides to take it.'
Meanwhile Li Shen was having a panic attack inside, the runes in Longmin's eyes faded away and with the smile never leaving his face he said, "That's a really powerful technique you have there, it's probably on the same level as a Legacy Technique from our clan, or even a bit higher."
Hearing that Li Shen's heart seized with fear and an overwhelming amount of dread wash over him.
'That's it, I'm dead! He's definitely going to kill me to get the manual.'
However, Longmin's next actions caused his mind to go blank, while he just stared on in a daze.
Longmin twitch his finger slightly and the trapped aura was released. Then showing off its miraculous properties, it merge with the surrounding Spiritual Qi and remained undetected as it traveled through the air and went through Li Shen's abdomen and into his dantian.
Not spearing a further glance, Longmin turned and vanished, reappearing several dozens of meters away next to Longwei.
"Did you find something interesting, little brother?" Longwei asked from the side.
Longmin thought for a moment then said, "I'm not sure yet. When we enter the Pocket Realm we'll see."
Longwei didn't ask any further questions, he knew Longmin would tell him eventually.
As the crowd's focus shifted off Longmin and onto the Pocket realm's entrance, their excitement bubble burst and overflowed as the entrance was now fully opened.
The tear in space had completely covered the entire Valley.
Its length had stretched from between the two mountain peaks to reach the Valley's floor, and its width was as wide as the space between the two mountains' base, which was several hundred meters wide.
All the disciples watched as it stabilized, but no one moved to enter.
Despite their excitement and eagerness to enter the Pocket Realm, they all forcefully stopped themselves and turned to look at Longwei and Longmin. They were all waiting for them to enter first.
Nothing less was expected in this situation, for they were the sons of the Wu Clan's Patriarch, even though they were the elites of the younger generation of the various sects and clans, they were still under the control of the Wu Clan and thus Longwei's and Longmin's status was far above theirs.
Longwei and Longmin began to walk through the path the crowd had parted and made for them.
Before long they reached the humongous entrance where the strange aura was a lot stronger.
Longmin stretched out his arm and it came into contact with a clear membrane-like structure. He felt that as long he willed it he could push past it and enter the world beyond.
Longwei's voice sounded next to him.
"Are you ready?"
Longmin nodded his head in confirmation.
"Here," Longwei said while handing Longmin a jade slip.
Longwei followed up by saying, "Father gave me a jade slip with a detailed map of the Pocket Realm. I made a copy of it on that slip."
Longmin nodded his head once again as he took the jade slip and place it in his storage bag, dangling from his waist.
Meanwhile, the disciples only stared on with greedy eyes, wishing they could get a hold of such a valuable item.
None of the sects had a detailed map of the Pocket Realm, at most they would have several places where treasures could be found as well as some territories of dangerous demonic beast marked down.
If they could get a hold of a map like that, they could navigate around the dangerous areas in Pocket Realm and loot all the treasures they find.
But sadly, the Wu Clan kept a close guard on such a map.
"Alright little brother, let us go get my Heavenly Pallet." As Longwei said that he push past the clear membrane and entered the Pocket Realm.
Longmin was right behind him, but, just before his entire body entered through the entrance he suddenly felt someone's gaze on him.
Before he could turn around to see who it was the sensation vanished and his entire body entered the Pocket Realm. The two late-stage Core Formation bodyguards followed suit.

Upon entering the Pocket Realm, Longmin immediately felt a change in the atmosphere.First of all, Spiritual Qi that was abundant everywhere in the outside world, was nonexistent here. What replaced it was this strange energy that was somewhat similar to it.Longmin had read a lot of books in the Wu Clan, but none of them ever mention what this energy was. As a matter of fact, there weren't any books in the Wu Clan that actually explain what the Pocket Realm was and how it came to be.There were only a few speculations scattered here and there that all said the same thing, that it was a different dimension created by high-level experts in the past, to pass on their legacy and wealth. That would have explained the ruins and treasures within the different Pocket Realms.Though this was the truth that the majority of people accepted, the fact that they were around for thousands of years with no one getting any legacy of the sort, remains in question.
A dust storm was kicked up in the area, but the other black robe figure was standing in front of Longmin and Longwei protecting them. After everything settled down Longmin and Longwei looked at the demonic beast with slight awe.The bird was so huge it was almost ridiculous. Just one of its eyes alone was enough to take up a person's entire vision much less its massive head and body.Standing upright, it easily reached around five hundred meters in height."It's actually a Sparrow that has the bloodline of the Divine Sparrow race," said Longmin.Even though he was in the Wu Clan all the time, he didn't actually pay attention to the other divisions, his main focus was on runes and formations. But that didn't mean he was clueless about the other divisions.Like alchemy, he read a lot of books about beast taming and he knew that taming a demonic beast with a bloodline was very rare.Demonic beasts with bloodlines were only located on the
After the Pocket Realm's entrance became obscured, Longmin and Longwei stopped their discussions about the scene they just witness. Looking over at their bodyguards Longmin asked, "How were you guys able to overpower that Elder's Divine Sense with your Spiritual Senses?" At that time when they made their move, Longmin had sensed that their Spiritual Senses had fused together and then carried out that attack. He had an idea of how they were able to use their combined Spiritual Senses to overpower the Divine Sense of a Nirvana expert, but he wanted to hear it from them. While Longmin was curiously asking his question, Longwei was sitting nonchalantly next to him, seeming to not have an ounce of care for such things as much as his brother did. Hearing their young master's question, the two cupped their fist before one spoke up. "Young master Longmin, the reason we were able to overpower that Elder's Divine Sense despite us still b
What the guards thought was right actually.Longmin might have acknowledged his status as a young master of the Wu Clan, but he didn't feel like he was on the inside.Ever since that incident happened six years ago, his father became distant towards him. No, even before that his father had favored Longwei more than him. It's just that the incident had been a catalyst for his more distant behavior.During those few months when he was in that dark cell, he didn't know how or what to feel like. He had no idea of what had occurred, one minute he was playing alongside Longwei, and the next he was next to a pile of corpses, with his entire body drenched in blood. He had asked his granduncle for what had happened to him since his father wouldn't even look at him, but Xenchi, his granduncle, just said when he grew older he would tell him and that there was a seal within his soul that would prevent him from 'losing control'.He went to Longwei and as

Somewhere in the northeastern area of the inner region, there was a large ruin palace surrounded by mountains and tall trees. At the front, several pavilions and courtyards were scattered about, practically in rubles with vines and bushes covering them. Walking through here, someone would be able to reach what was supposed to be the back of the palace. Passing through the arching doorway and then turning a hard right, the spectacular sight of a natural spring would enter one's view. As the water seep through the mountain rocks, it created a waterfall that splashed onto the large boulders in the two acres wide pond below it.
Longmin was silently looking at his enormous soul and the flashing multicolored runic seal on its forehead.A small almost unnoticeable stream of the strange energy was slowly flowing into the seal. Longmin saw that the stream of energy wasn't actually being drawn by his granduncle's seal, but his soul itself. That unsettling feeling was still there, he felt as if something was slowly awakening within his soul and that made him worried, very worried. He didn't want what happened to him six years ago to ever happen again, especially at a time like this.Longmin thought to himself, 'If granduncle had wanted me to enter into this Pocket Realm, was it because of this?'Longmin didn't know the answer to that question, he was never able to guess what his granduncle was thinking.Longmin sighed in his heart.'The seal doesn't seem to be weakening in any way, so I guess everything is good for now.'Longmin began to stare at his soul in a daze
Several miles from the Palace ruins, the young man from the Crescent Moon Sect was seen strolling leisurely through the forest. As he walked a blazing aura that wasn't there before could be sensed coming from his body. His feet left burnt marks on the grassy terrain every time he stepped on the ground. Hands clasped behind his back, he moved ahead in the direction of the Palace ruins with steady and unhurried footsteps. Despite the danger of encountering high-rank demonic beasts, his face still had a tranquil expression, as if he was just taking a stroll through his own backyard. Out of nowhere, a rough and grating to the ears voice could be heard. "All you have to do is make physical contact with any one of them and I'll take care of the rest." After the voice spoke, a response was followed by a different voice that sounded younger and smoother. "If you're really who you say you are, why can't you just kill them right here and now and
