The sun had risen. Gerald woke up with his body aching in several places due to the motorcycle collision during yesterday's fight. Nevertheless, he made an effort to get up and carry on with his routine.

Gerald chose to sit down first, enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

While touching the part of his face covered with a plaster due to a bruise, a message from the system suddenly reappeared in his mind. "Mission: Rejecting Money Offer. Accept Mission: Yes or No."

Gerald put down his coffee cup and pressed the "Yes" button. For a moment, he was puzzled as to why there was a new mission when the one from last night was not yet completed. However, he wasn't too surprised, knowing that there were still other missions that might notify him of success or failure at any time.

With the title of this mission, Gerald speculated that it must be related to Martha. "Why is my life always entangled with the Johnson family?" mumbled Gerald as he stood up.
