“Let me have the phone. I promise you that I will talk to them!” Alec said even though he was running late for his orders.

"Those people are mean. They will not do anything. All they care about is money to buy new phones. They were so nice to me the first time I came here because I had money then but now, I am nothing to them. Is that supposed to be? Why can't they just give me the money?"

"Just hand it over to me and watch me," He said.

For a while, the man stared at Alec and handed Alec the phone even though he seemed so skeptical about the whole thing. He watched Alec go to these people and hand over the phone to them.
