Chapter 6

With sudden haste, the sales attendant packed the suit into the packing box and the manager snapped it away from him.

His feet made a half run out of the mall as his eyes scanned outside hoping that he was still around somewhere as his heart raced even faster.

But no matter how hard he searched, he definitely could see him.

"What the hell of trouble haha I got myself into now?" He yelled out in despair.

Just then, the sales attendant stormed towards him and immediately he laid his eyes on him, his anger seemed to be flamed up even more at the thoughts of the initial cause of all his troubles in the first place.

His teeth grated with so much anger and he felt lol giving him a hard kick on his stomach.

"If you want anything good for you now. Don't make a single sound." The manager prayed silently in his heart but it seemed as though today was a bad day altogether for him.

"Sir... But what is going on... because." The manager would not even allow him to complete his statement.

"Do you know who Andrew is that you treated that way?" His voice was like the clap of thunder but it only got Kelly even more confused.

"Yes. A beggar of course." He replied and another slap landed on his face.

"I can see now that you are a really big fool. You Don't even realize that he can destroy this whole company within just a blink and it's going to be all your fault... Was it that difficult to try him out to see if he was telling the truth?"

Random thoughts ran through his mind and he was lost in thoughts for a while.

If there was anything that he knew about his boss was the fact that he had always been a firm man.

He frowned but With his boss standing right before him, he could only do that inside or he was going to get into even more trouble than he was already.

"What has that fool done to make my boss act this way?" He thought but he was not going to allow him to succeed with his scheme.

"Boss, you are doing all of these because of that broken ass. You can't afford to..."

"Do you know James Roger.."

"Yeah. Everyone knows him..."

"That is his son."

He was a little confused, finding it difficult that the Andrew that he had just seen was the son of the richest man in the city.

A burst of laughter escaped from his lips.

"Sir. That cannot be possible.."

"Let's get going." The manager finally heard the voice of Andrew.

Turned out that he was about to enter the car at the other end of the street.

He ran off towards the car before it could take off. Knocking the window he kept on yelling at the top of his voice.

"Mr. Andrew... Mr. Andrew." He yelled.

Meanwhile, Andrew sat inside vibrating with anger when he heard the sound.

"Stop for a moment." He said to the driver and he pulled a stop.

He got down from the car and stared at the manager who was running out of breath. He placed his hands on his knees to catch his breath and sighed in relief.

"What do you want from me? Humiliate me again."

Without saying a word, he brought out the card from his pocket and handed it over to Andrew.

"You dropped this." He noted.

Andrew snapped it away from his hands staring at him.

"Thanks." He forced the words returning the card to his pocket.

"If that's all, I will have to leave." He was about to get back into the car but the manager stopped him.

"What is it again?" He inquired with a strong frown on his face.

He fell to his knees to his otherwise of Andrew as he never expected that. Sorry. I didn't know that you are the son of James Roger. I could get in a whole lot of trouble if he finds out about what happened today." He pleaded.

He brought out the box and handed it over to him but Andrew didn't pick it up from him.

"And the almighty buyer that was supposed to get it?" He frowned.

"He could not later afford It." His face was flushed with so much embarrassment.

"You can keep it, I have already made my decision to go somewhere else...."

"What are you doing standing by someone else's car?" The attendant made his way here.

"Sorry to disappoint you but this is owed by my father."

"And you think that I am going to fall for that right?" He frowned.

"Are you trying to say that my young master is lying?" The driver came down from the car and slapped the attendant.

"Young Master?" He was confused.

"Yeah, you heard that right. He is the son of the richest man in the city." It was revealed once again.

"Are you so blind that you can't see the customized plate number?" The driver frowned once again

The revelation struck him off from his balance and he was left speechless for a while.

"See Kelly. I have had enough of you today. Getting me into this mess isn't enough for you already..."

"I'm sorry sir... I didn't know."

"You didn't know what. This is not the first complaint that I am getting about you. This is how you go around chasing away the customers of this place."

"You know what... You are fired. And don't make me say it again or I am going to make you regret it." He glared.

Even with all his pleasure, the manager would not listen to him anymore as his attention was now focused on Andrew.

"You don't have to give that. You are already forgiven."

"At least, take it as a sign that you have forgiven." He noted once again.

After listening to the manager's plea for quite a while, he decided to take it. He took the suit from him, got into the car, and stormed away.

And to his relief, his father was still away due to the emergency and that was a major relief to him.

He laid on the bed for quite a while thinking about how the next day was going to be.

His father already told him that he would have to go and see a few people and he was beginning to wonder how it was going to turn out.

He stripped it out of his head with the thought that he had to get a good rest so that he was going to wake up early the next morning.

....

Andrew woke up the next morning, well dressed in his suit, and made his way to his father's room.

But he was told that his Father had issues to resolve. A slight sigh escaped from his lips as he turned around, knowing well that he would have to go and undress after all the preparation.

But before he could get to that, he was told that his father wanted him to go and see the stakeholders so that they would know that he was the heir.

He sighed briefly.

In the midst of all of this, he could feel that something was amiss somewhere but he could not point to what exactly it was this time.

"Miss. Clara will be waiting to receive you at the company. She is the current assistant president." He was informed.

As usual, he was driven to the company but he pulled a stop a few meters away from the place.

But this time, he was accompanied by a guard.

Head turned around to see who the stunning dressed man was. But halfway through his walk, he saw a really strange sight.

He stretched his eyes to see who it was only to discover that it was his crown enemy and his former girlfriend. But the question now was, what were they doing in his company?

His eyes turned around slowly towards them as they caught a glimpse of him. Clarke caught a glimpse of him and his face turned into a dark smile.

He wore almost same suit that Andrew was putting on but since there was only one of those in the county, it was easy for him to figure out that it was fake

"And look who we have here." He shot a deadly snare at Andrew but he averted his gaze.

Lena turned around slowly towards him and at the sight of who was before her, she frowned deeply.

"What are you doing here?" Clarke was the first to speak up.

"Are you the one that is asking me that question? Don't you think that I should be asking?

We got a Divorce already and I want to ask you one question. Is it that you are so obsessed with me? A lady that is way above your class that you are now following around?" She spat on the floor forcefully with so much disgust.

"Obsessed? That is a word that you should never use on me because I can never be obsessed with you..."

"I think that he is right this time. Clarke took the side of Andrew for the very first time to the shock of everyone that was around there.

There was a vivid frown on the face of Lena, coupled with a trace of confusion but Andrew already knew that Roger was soon going to break the bomb.

"I don't understand, are you beginning to take the side of this punk now?" He returned.

"I don't like you in that way darling." He kisses Lena deliberately on the Lips just to make Andrew jealous of their relationship.

"I meant that he is right about his motive of heading to this place. It's obvious that he has some dubious act or better still, beg for a job." He let out the explanation.

"And you even have to forge a suit?" He lets out a mocking laughter.

"I think that laughter is met for you because you are so blind.,"

Lean marveled at his words at the thought of the wise man that he was as she never even thought of that before.

"Now I get it. Because there is no possible means that we will be heading here today." She affirmed and Clarke nodded his head as a confirmation to her words.

"But I am so sorry to break the bottle because none of these is going to be possible. They are security guards littered all over the place even though you can steal your way into the company.

And apart from that, if you are here to beg for a job as the newest means of your survival, well too bad for you because a Punk like you is not even worthy enough to work in such a place.

So my big advice for you is to get a plate. But if you can afford one, you can also get the ones tossed out into the dustbin."

Tossed a penny towards him that made a beeping sound landing on the floor immediately.

Andrew's eyes screened through it and his eyes returned to Clarke demanding an explanation even without words.

"That is my first charity in your new organization. I am sure that you are going to make it faster through that means rather than seeking something that would never happen. And the both of us know that well."

"Don't you think that you are more of a punk than me?"

The words made Clarke grit his teeth with anger as he shot a deadly glare at him.

"Punk? How dare you?" He shot at him in a half-yell.

"I said that and what are you going to do? Beat me up or pouch me?" He replied without a single trace of emotion on his face.

"You fool." Clarke advanced slowly towards him but this time, Lena held her from doing anything that was going to tarnish his reputation.

"What are you trying to do? We just used the opportunity to strike a deal with these people. Don't you think that they are going to pay for this if you display any single bit of abnormal behavior?" There was a weird expression on her face but even with the words that she just spat out from her mouth, they were still not enough to put off his anger.

"Are you expecting me to leave him alone after calling me a punk?" He frowned.

"Oh. But you called me that a few moments ago. Don't you think that you should apologize?" Spat out on the floor.

"How pathetic." He exclaimed under his breath but it was loud enough for them to hear what he just said.

And his words got him even more angry than he was already.

"I am going to smash your face against the wall until your matter is littered all over the fool. And you know what.?Nobody is going to come searching for you because you are nothing other than a punk."

"Do you think so? You sure do not know how you are dealing here." Andrew was able to maintain a really strange calm even though Clarke was raising his voice high.

"Yeah. I know for sure who you are already. A punk and nothing more and I am going to deal with you.."

"Clarke." Lena stopped him even before he could get to Andrew.

"You already called him a punk and the both of us already know that the only weapon that he has in his mouth.

"I don't think that it is worth it using your strength on such a fool."

Clarke thought about it for a while and decided that he was going to maintain his calm.

"You know what... Count today as one of your lucky days. But you know what, after running your mouth throughout today, I am certainly not going to allow you to go scout-free. I am going to make sure that you pay for everything that you have done today." He noted.

From what Lena had already known, he expected him to strike, going down to his knees and pleading for help.

But his aura this time seemed though have evolved so swiftly from the last time that they were together as a burst of villainess laughter came out smoothly from his lips

"Are you really for real right now? I should be the one telling you that. Get ready to pay for every single pain that you have caused me."

The words struck Clarke like a flash of lightning. If anyone had ever told him that one day Andrew was going to threaten him in the way that he just did, he would never have believed it.

"Did I just hear you right? Is that a threat?" The initial frown that was hanging on his face deepened even more.

"It's not a threat, it is something that will find its way to becoming true. And I am not talking about the farthest further. I will talk about it pretty soon." He sneered, almost putting Clarke off balance.
