The mid-day bell rings and everyone closes their books.

The 4th years are in their final semester as well, and most of them had already finished their assignments. That bell ring is reserved for the classes

“Hey, Jake. How’s Terrence?” Patrick asked as he passed Natalie’s desk.

Jake looks up at his friend. “He was energetic when we first met. But he turned into an old dog in the hospital. It’s curious.”

Patrick smiles helplessly. “The kid can’t walk for a while. You shouldn’t expect him to be up and about…”

Jake laughs loudly. “HA HA! Guess not!”

Then they talk about something else.

Kal stops beside Natalie’s desk. “Aren’t you going to visit him, Nat?”

The orange headed girl is scribbling something on her notebook when he asked. She stops what she was doing and frowns at him. “Who were you referring to?”

“Come on. You know who.”

Natalie closes her eyes. “I don’t know.”
