Chapter 29. Mission coming soon

Shadow relaxed himself, " who else can call you with a strange number?" He asked back.

Hudson raised his brows and picked the call. " Hello."

"You are back from the party." The person at the other end of the call, said, the moment Hudson picked the call.

" Yeah." Hudson nodded and took a seat gently. " How is the business going dad?"

" Good, but hope you know you will be taking over half of the business by next week?" Lewis asked, as he responded to Hudson's question.

Hudson lowered his eyes and pressed his lips together for few seconds. " That makes it three?"

" Yes." Lewis answered. " Am counting on you to do it all. You can't disappoint me, or your mother won't be proud."

" I know," Hudson said curtly and pinched the bridge of his nose.

" Okay." Lewis hung up the call and Hudson stood up.

" Here." He gave shadow back the phone and went upstairs to his room after that.

Shadow just watched him till he was out of sight .........

The next day.
