As Savador requested, the documents were brought to him, to claim as the new owner of the building.

The once chubby owner got his ten million dollars pay and left at once in delight. Thinking of all the things he's going to do with his money, while Savador had a better plan for the building he just bought.

"Work needs to start on this building," Savador said to Frank while stepping into the building with him and his guards.

"As you wish Master. We'll get the construction workers to step in at once, " Frank assured Savador.

The Trillionaire gazed at the building before navigating his attention to Mildred and the poor people behind.

She was busy talking to them happily.

That brought smiles to Savador's face.

"We're going to give this people a new home, " He said, facing the building back.

He made sure that Frank contacted the construction workers, so they'll arrive the next day and start work immediate
