Suddenly Eric is drawn back by an unseen force appearing before a cemetery gate with the all-sky dark with twinkling stars and a moon. Everyone was starting to look like a hallucination, as he stared at the gate.
The gate opens by itself, and Eric walks inside looking at the gravestones and the names carved on the tombstone. Then he noticed a leaf blown unto a tombstone. He picks it up and reads the name on it ‘Sandra’His heart starts beating faster because the name Sandra meant something very important to him. But he doesn’t want to let anyone know that it means anything. Suddenly he looks back to see a figure dressed in white cloth with her eyes gone and blood spilled across her swollen tummy. She reaches her hands out towards him and smiles showing the same bloody teeth she always did before. Her lips move while she speaks with an angry tone.“You told me you will be with me forever,” She asks him, “You need to stay here,” she points towards a grave next to hersEric turns around, noticing all of his friends laying on their graves, crying and screaming in pain.“No! No! Please, I don't want to die.” He screams in fear as he runs but he was fallen by a stone to the ground. Suddenly a hand emerged from the ground holding unto his collar.“You have disappointed me,” a deep voice said in an evil tone, “You promised me a life full of love and happiness but you betrayed me”A sharp pain suddenly hits Eric in his stomach causing him to scream. His vision started to blur, and he felt like passing out. Meanwhile, inside a room, people could be seen all praying quietly, Devian could be seen among them as he watches through the locked window outside of the dark town. “Remember the guy we need to stick together to survive, anything that happens let everyone know” Devian instructs the whole crew, in a low tone.“And I assure you together we can do it" A chorus of murmurs replies to him, each person agreeing with him. Soon the prayers quieted down. Then a loud footstep was heard which shook the silent town, “It's here ” Devian says while peeping out to see. a figure 15ft tall, having the head of a goat and a naked body of a human. With chains dangling by the elbows and knees. A thorn crown is placed into its eyes allowing worms to crawl on the eyes and mouth. The creature raises its head and screams and growls at the town gate, it starts to walk on the street with its long trident which had a human spinal cord designed around the handle. It starts to walk on the only street sniffing repeatedly the air and looking at every house in the town, searching for something, anyone. Then its eyes land on the hotel. Devian felt the creature already sighted him “Oh shit" he hides away from the window. Everyone went low on their feet, while the creature peeps through the window, looking right at them.Everyone held their breath in fear. The creature looks at the hotel and walks closer to it. All of them can feel their heart pounding faster inside their chests. The creature sniffed the air for a moment before turning around to leave.I guess we're done for tonight...everyone thought while sighing in relief, not daring to breathe again. The monster was far enough from them. “Everyone okay?” Devian asks the group.“Yeah, I'm good," a few responded and some nodded.“Me too," said one.“Same here, I think.”The crowd of survivors looked back out the window and noticed the monster disappearing in the distance. In a moment of silence, they all could hear someone chanting a strange language.Devian turned around quickly.“Who is chanting?"He sighted one of the survivors facing the door while banging its head repeatedly on the door. “Dlmhr ni hrl job mo" the person kept chanting the strange name over and over again.“Why is this happening?" another member asked looking around. They stood around waiting for a few minutes to see if any answer came.Suddenly the elderly person turned to them with her eyes all turned black, her skin pale as she growled loudly. They instantly knew the lady had been possessed. She jumped on a survivor close by, then clenched her teeth on his throat while biting it brutally. Blood flowed from his neck, making the other victims cry out as they watched helplessly. The group ran towards the door to pull the old woman off of the survivor. They tried to free him from her grasp, but the old woman kept growling in rage, refusing to allow anyone to get near. They all fell to the ground when she jumped onto their shoulders. After that, they couldn't do anything. They screamed in terror and pain as the old woman continued tearing the survivor open with her teeth. Devian looked aside to find a baseball bat nearby, he grabbed it and then smashes it on the old lady's headknocking her out.The group sighed heavily, relieved. All of them sat up looking around, staring back at the old woman, who remained unconscious on top of one of their legs.“Tie her down" he ordered the crew members, "We will deal with her later"They got up and tied her to a wooden chair that was standing at the side. Then they all looked back at each other.“Do you think it's over?”“Nah, it's probably just started,” Devian says. “What does ‘-Dlmhr ni hrl job mo’ mean?”Meanwhile**** “Dlmhr ni hrl job mo, Death is the only way, " Goldberg says to Sean who held him by the collar.“How do you know of the language?” Sean asked him “I just knew of it” he answered which causes him to be released by sean. “What does it mean by Death is the only way?” Goldberg asks him again, curious about what he knowsSean takes a step forward, closing the space between them, “You won’t tell if I don’t tell you?” he questions himGoldberg keeps staring at Sean until he finally answers, “Yes”“Just leave now" Goldberg leads while walking into a bottle of whiskey which he gulps down. “What do you wanna know?” “The past, the truth about the orphanage,” Sean says, trying to avoid answering his questionGoldberg laughs “That’s what you wanna know?”“Yes,” Sean says firmly“Well, you already got your answers, kid,” Goldberg chuckles. “Look around. You saw everything you needed. Now go on your merry way”Sean stares at his surroundings, “Why do I feel like you are trying to hide something from everyone?” he asks, suspiciously eyeing the old manGoldberg shakes his head, “If I wanted to hide something I would’ve hidden it somewhere else”Sean stares at him for a long time and then says, “Let me ask you something, how do you know the language I spoke to you?”“Because I speak with them, I know what they want and are going to do. I have been to their world”“How?” “Being into the sports realm could drive any mortal crazy. So I advise you don't ask me about what stays there” Goldberg says “How do I get to the spirit realm, show me the way,” Sean says with confidence. “Are you sure you want to do this?” Goldberg questions him. “Yes I am,” Sean says “Ok If you insist, follow me," Goldberg says as sean follows him out of the room into another compartment. They appeared in a room that looks like a bathroom. “There are two ways to get to the spirit realm, the first, by staying below the ocean until you lose consciousness and the second, is riskier. Getting to sleep in the graveyard of a deceased” “Ok?” Sean replies confused. “Get into the hot tub” Sean nodded to Goldberg before getting undressed and laying in the hot tub. He closes his eyes and tries to relax his muscles so he could fall asleep. After a few minutes of relaxation, Sean opens his eyes again to stare at Goldberg. “What's the last option?" he asks curiously.“The most dangerous way” Goldberg answers, watching his expression carefully.Sean tilts his head, questioning. “I'm listening"“Just try to die”Sean doesn’t look amused. “You're kidding me right?”“No, I'm afraid not,” Goldberg assures.“More like you are committing suicide, or should I help,” he adds “Or are you scared?”“Of course not! But I still have a choice?” Sean asks. “Is it safe? Is there even an afterlife?”“You have no choice. You have to stay underwater for hours or you won't be able to enter the spirit world” “Ok is there a way to help me?” Sean asked “Yeah...I will gladly help" Goldberg says while grabbing Sean by the head and forcing his head into the water. Sean struggles to breathe. Goldberg puts him under the water and Sean is struggling to keep himself afloat. After a few minutes, Sean feels his lungs start burning. He starts gasping desperately for oxygen, trying to keep himself awake. His eyes start to shut. He tries to take his last breath, but he can't anymore. His face turns white, as death takes over him. He slowly loses his vision before blacking out completely. The water becomes cold. It burns Sean's lungs and he starts choking, gasping for air, trying to regain his consciousness, yet he has no energy left to move. He feels himself slipping deeper into darkness, as his eyes close completely.“Don't worry young lad, you are almost there ” a deep voice says to him.And then nothing.Suddenly sean rises out of the water trying to catch his breath, but he realizes he was in another world.Everything was dark, under the night, and almost everywhere. He stands to his feet and walks out of the water, shivering due to the coldness of the temperature. The only sounds were the waves crashing against the shore in the distance, and his breathing. The moon shone brightly above him.He looked around and realized he was on land. He walked closer to the shore and took a seat, still shivering. He looked at the sky and noticed how bright it was. He stared at the moon for a couple of seconds and then looked around once more.Nothing was familiar. He stood up and began walking in every direction trying to figure out where he was. There was nobody around except for the waves, and the sound of the wind blowing through the trees. He stopped to observe something.Suddenly he sighted a little boy watching him from afar, “Hey” he called out after chasing after the boy who already vanished into the thin air.“Hey!” he called louder. “Where did you go?” he asked in frustration.Suddenly a shadow appears next to him and he felt a hand grab his shoulder, pulling him away from the shadow, but the shadow followed. It pulls harder until his body falls on the sand.Suddenly he hears the voice coming from behind his ear, “You see this? You are the chosen one,”He turns around and stares to see he was at the entrance of scarville He enters the deserted town slowly, this was different from the one he saw, this scarville is darker, empty, peaceful, and quiet.Suddenly Sean could hear whispers coming from somewhere, and they sounded like screams. It was eerie how silent the place was, yet it was also creepy. He looked behind him to see the shadow had disappeared, leaving him alone and scared.“Come here,” the whisper said in his ear again and suddenly he sees a light appear.“What is this?” he questioned as he slowly walks towards the light. It gets brighter and brighter until he could make out what it was. A huge door with letters carved on it, “Welcome”.He opened the door and saw a hallway. He followed the corridor inside, noticing many doors, some with symbols engraved on them, and some with no words whatsoever, but still, he continued to walk forward. As he reaches the end of the hallway he heard voices, he stopped and listened.“I told you he won’t come!” a male voice exclaimed. “We need to go now”“No! Don’t you see? He’s still here” a female voice yells angrily. “Now we just need to convince him. We need to kill him to save ourselves”“NO! We will not kill him,” a male voice interrupts.Sean enters to see an imbecile child sitting in a wheelchair facing the wall. But he realized he was talking to himself.“Hello boy” I whispered to him in German. The boy turned around quickly and Sean could see a large, ugly scar on his face. The boy looks terrified and his eyes were wide open. He tried to scream but couldn’t, so he started shaking violently. Sean approached him and grabbed his shoulders “I'm sorry if I frightened you. You were saying?” Sean asked quietlyThe boy didn't reply. Instead, he just stared at him, terrified, trying to find something to say.The boy finally speaks “You are the chosen one,” He said, with a trembling mouth.“What do you mean?” Sean asked the little boy. “Through you, they will cause destruction and exact revenge "“Who is 'they'?" Sean asks“The evil ones,”“Evil?” the boy points to the mirror placed far away from him. Sean looks at the mirror to see his reflection, surrounded by children with pale skin and black eyes. They were all looking right at him all dressed in black attire and most of their bodies have burnt scars covering them. “What happened to them?” Sean asked the boy.The boy shook his head “They are cursed, they're dead because of man's greed, and now they want revenge on everyone in scarville” “Why can't they just let everything go, scarville already has paid for whatever they did," Sean says as he notices a strange symbol painted on one of the walls, “and why do they have to destroy all life in scarville,” he asks the boy as he notices a large number of people being ripped to shreds by creatures that don't seem real.“Because their sins must not leave them,” the boy says. “Because they are cursed to live forever” the boy explainned“They are creatures born from Karma, created for only one purpose which is for revenge...” the boy replied“what do you mean?”Swan questions.“They made a deal with Arioch, so it's too late,” the boy says. suddenly a loud growl could be heard coming towards the door, “I thought we were alone” Sean says looking back and forth to see the children had vanished including the boy he was speaking to. He was left alone, he breathed looking to his side and running to hide inside a cabinet. Only to see the dollar opened by a figure whose footstep shook the whole building. Followed by a growl, a flash, and a roar.A huge creature appeared in front of Sean, standing at least 20 feet tall, with massive wings and glowing red eyes. It was covered with blood and its claws were dripping crimson ichor. Its face was grotesque and hideous, with a pair of horns protruding from the top of its skull. With two long fangs that dripped with saliva, it was ready to tear down everything in sight. Sean backed away from the monster with each step he took, fearing it would devour him whole. He wanted to run, but suddenly the cabinet he was hiding in opened. The monster looked inside the cabinet and then roared in angerSean rushed out of the cabinet running to safety away from the creature. But he couldn't find an exit, only windows. He looks backward to hear the howl of the creature. He ran faster than usual. Finally, he found his way out of the window, and he ran across the field and into the forest. After sprinting for several minutes, he finds a clearing. He stops for a moment to catch his breath. He looks back to see the creature following him. He runs faster, but it catches up with him. Suddenly a hand grabs him and yanks him away, throwing him aside. The creature picks him up and throws him through a few trees.its red eyes glared into Sean's soul, making him freeze. It was now approaching him slowly while he struggled against the grip. Its giant hands reach his neck making him gasp for air.“Hall vgmwlrepp irmbbandd open milk” The monster said with a sinister smile. The monster raised its hand and struck Sean in the chest causing him to fall backward onto the ground. He coughs as he tries desperately to breathe. The creature approaches him slowly with each step. Sean starts panicking as he crawls backward. Suddenly the beast stops inches away from him, staring at him intensely. Sean's heart was beating faster and he could barely breathe.Suddenly the beast raises its arm, and the claws of the monster sink deeply into Sean's body. Suddenly a hand pulls away from the water, and he finds himself back at the hot tub. Goldberg looked at sean while sean's body had a large claw scar right on Sean's chest.“You would have died if I didn't bring you back to the surface,” he said while pouring whiskey on my body. “Here it will help you drive the scent away from you” “What scent?” sean said almost shiver g from the coldness. Suddenly the whole light in the house died off, as the mighty wind rushed in. Sending a large table lifted by an unseen force and then thrown toward Sean and Goldberg. The table hit Goldberg hard sending him flying to the opposite side of the room. Sean jumped back before he fell. He looked over to find Goldberg holding his leg. He screamed as he felt something digging into his flesh. He looked down to see a large hole in the middle of his thigh.Suddenly another gust of wind blew the table away from Goldberg.“Run!” Goldberg yelled at sean he stood up and limped to the door.“Go, go!” he orderedSean runs out of the place while looking back and hears Goldberg scream followed by the roar of the creature. He runs through the forest trying to get away from it.He finally makes it to a lonely road, turning to see the creature rushing towards him. He turns around and starts to run. His clothes are torn and wet, and his hair sticks to his forehead. He runs as fast as he can. The creature behind him is gaining speed.Sean looks behind and sees nothing.he thinks as he continues running until he stops when suddenly there is a sharp pain in the center of his chest. He gasps, feeling as if someone is tearing out his lungs. He falls to the ground, screaming in pain. The pain goes away for a second and his vision clears. His eyes widen in horror as he realizes that he is lying in a pool of blood. He doesn't even know where the blood came from or how much has been lost by the creature. Blood covers both him and the road he is lying on.Slowly he lifts himself and sees another pool of bloo
He continues to walk until he feels a cold breeze hit his skin. He looks ahead. There is nothing.“Stop!” a voice shouts from the darkness.Sean turns around. There is nobody. Just emptiness surrounding him. A sudden rush of wind hits him causing him to stumble to the floor. He quickly stands up and looks at where the wind came from. He hears shuffling, moving, and something else. He turns around. There is a silhouette in the darkness just a few feet away. Its arms and legs are shaking. It seems to be struggling. Sean's mouth drops open as he recognizes what it is. He runs back over to the door, slamming it shut behind him just in time as he watches the creature jump through the opening. It lands with a thud, scratching the floor before it quickly gets up and runs toward him.Sean grabs the handle, preparing himself to open it once more, as the monster reaches for him. However, before the monster could grab him, he hears a crash from above. He looks back to see the monster being pus
The next morning the whole town was just recovering from the chaos of last night. Eric is seen walking down the street with his bag while holding his camera. “I need to find the truth,” he whispers to himself while walking. He continues his pace with his recorder while trying to film everything he's going to see. He couldn't see properly because of the morning Mist covering the whole town. He kept getting distracted every time the wind blew through the village. After several minutes of walking, Eric finally sees what's supposed to be his first stop of the day: the cemetery.Eric enters the graveyard and looks around for some kind of clue. He picks up a small rock and throws it in the direction of the graves, hoping to see one of them move. All he did was make the rock bounce off their headstone. After a while of walking and talking to the tombstones, Eric finally found something. He pulls back the sleeve of his jacket revealing a small stone tablet. He holds up his camera to
Meanwhile, Devian was on his way to check on the sheriff at the station, on getting to the entrance far away he sighted the sheriff tiptoeing away from the station. Watching his surrounding while he made his way to wherever he was going. “What is he hiding? and where is he going?" Devian thought. “Maybe something's wrong at the station” Devian decides to follow him and see if he found out anything about what he was investigating. He stopped in the middle of a wooden house in the middle of the forest, the Sheriff looks to see if he was alone before proceeding into the house. “Something is dirty, I need to find out what the sheriff is up to" Devian whispers to himself. “Or do I call the other first?” “Why can't he just come out and ask?” Devian asks himself while shaking his head. “I'm just being paranoid again...”Devian approaches the door cautiously and listens for any signs of movement inside the house. He hears nothing. He places his fingers against the knob slowl
The room was also occupied by broken toys but it looked different from the rest. In the center of the room, standing right in the middle of the floor, was a small doll with the same outfit the sheriff wore. Its arms had been cut off at the elbows. Eric continues to study the room, observing every little detail. Then he notices a small table near the doll's feet covered in a cloth. He walks over to it and sees a piece of newspaper lying on top of the cloth, with the headline written in red ink:BANGED UP DOLL IN BEDROOM Eric picks up the piece of paper and opens it. The headline read:BANGED UP DOLL IN BEDROOM (DOUBLE BLOW) He reads the article further until he finds the words he was searching for.“That damn Sheriff was the culprit!” he shouts aloud. “It must be some sort of revenge killing spree on Halloween"Eric rushes back downstairs after finishing reading the article, not wanting to miss any clue that will lead them to the Sheriff’s location.Eric enters the foyer with the sa
Meanwhile back at the hotel, Jack willy is also trapped with the passengers In Scarville. Jack decides to stroll around the hotel's perimeter first heading to the Receptionist's table. “Sorry ma'am,” he says to the receptionist who kept whispering as she kept praying. “What do you want?" the receptionist asked him. Jack pulls a crumpled piece of paper out of one of the pockets on his jacket and shows it to her. He hands her the paper and waits for her reaction. She studies the paper for a second, seeming to have mixed feelings about the message of the paper. After several moments pass, she gives a short nod and says, “Okay… this place can be found behind the church” Before going back outside, Jack makes sure to ask her something else. “Excuse me, could you tell me where that place is?”The receptionist stares at him and nods again, “Follow this road to the left and turn left there after two minutes. You'll see that building right away” she adds.Jack nods and proceeds to thank the
Eric replied Jack, “Why ask?” “I saw her...in my dream,” Jack says with fear in his voice. “There she was, running across the streets with blood dripping down her face. She said it would be our fate too.” He turns to face us and we have never seen him so fearful or distraught before. “What?” Eric asked with fear, “Can you care to share more?” asked Jack sighed before speaking out, “She had this locket with her while she was running until everything vanished" he added. “What locket?” Eric asked while rushing to his laptop to show the pic of a locket he found in the Mayor's attic. “You mean like this one here?” he asked and showed Jack the photo on his computer. Jack looked at the photo with terror and shook, not looking away for many seconds before saying, “That's the locket I'm talking about, a mother's necklace given to a daughter. that she has since before she passed away.” The fear was gone but something else replaced the sadness. Jack turned to us and said
Jake was seen sitting in a psychiatrist's office with his in a hypnosis Lesson. His parents and stepfather were looking on, while he was doing something called “recovery” with Dr. Gantner. As Jake had told them earlier, he didn't want to get involved in their problems since he knew nothing about it, and it wasn't any of his business anyway. The only reason he came to the session at all was that his sister asked him for help, so that's where he would be today. He sat there, watching as the psychiatrist talked with his client, trying to figure out what the heck he needed to do here. He watched, fascinated, as the doctor made notes on paper. When everything was finished, the doctor turned around to face the two kids and smiled kindly. "Everything seems to be going great, and we're almost ready to give your father some time to sleep again," said Dr. Gantner. Jake didn't like the sound of that...or the look that accompanied Dr. Gantner's words. He thought he saw a hint of sadnes
Regina notices that it's just ahead of them so she sits back comfortably in her seat and watches the cars rushing past them. They make their way through the intersection smoothly and continue to drive through the middle of town for a few more minutes. After passing by several buildings that looked rather fancy, they eventually arrive at their destination. Regina watches Daniel's reaction carefully as they approach the entrance to the hotel. He stares out of the window silently, looking uninterested.“Here it is…” he speaks suddenly. She turns toward him and smiles. “This is our hotel? This is your favorite hotel?”“Yup...this is my favorite hotel. Come on...let's go check us in.” He says, taking her hand and leading her through the glass double doors to the lobby of the hotel. As they enter the lobby, she notices that there’s very little activity. There’s a couple of men who seem to be talking on the telephone in a corner and there's a woman who seems to be arguing w
He leads her across the yard to one of the garage doors. “Come on. Let’s find your car.” He mutters. “I need to take you somewhere important.”“Okay… where?” She asks curiously, following after him as they walk toward her truck. His grip on her arms tightens momentarily, and she wonders what he must be thinking about. They make their way over to her black, shiny SUV and he helps her climb into the passenger seat. He walks around to the driver' s side and slams the door shut before turning to stare at her for a second before starting the car and driving out of the driveway. The streets are filled with traffic, which isn't unusual at this hour. It’s late afternoon and most people have stopped working to spend some time outdoors in the cold rain. She watches as the trees fly by through the windshield and she realizes that this must be how Daniel felt whenever he drove through these roads. That was the reason why he didn't speak much about himself. But maybe he never truly wanted to talk
Sam frowns but drops the subject anyway and walks towards the car.As they prepare to depart, Jack pauses, taking one last glance around his home. Then noticed his wife standing at the other side of the room. She smiles sweetly, "You are trying your best” She walks over to embrace her husband. Jack hesitates momentarily before reciprocating the hug. “The kids don't see that ” Jack whispers. Sophia squeezes her husband tighter, "Your children love you, you're doing great, and you make a wonderful father. They need a strong person that will take care of them, and you just happen to be that person”"Thank you," Jack breathes out gratefully when suddenly the car horn blares, startling the couple."Can we move?!” Emily yelled out the window impatiently, clearly annoyed. Jack and Sophia nod in unison.Samuel is the last to leave the house, walking down a flight of stairs with the pipe tightly gripped in his hands. As soon as they were all loaded into the car, Jack sits behind the steer
Nothing. So she slowly steps outside and closes the door behind her, stepping under the protective shelter of the staircase. The rain continues to pour on, even heavier than before.Suddenly she hears loud, thunderous footsteps coming from her right. She looks over and catches sight of Daniel running out into the street. The rain suddenly stops and the air grows quite humid. Regina takes a couple of deep, calming breathes and tries to control her breathing as well. After a minute she hears the sound of tires rolling on wet concrete. She turns her head to look in the direction where she heard it and she freezes in place as she realizes what’s happening.A car is speeding down the road, heading straight for Daniel. She watches as it speeds up and approaches him. She can hear the engine revving loudly as it gets closer and closer to him. She can see the driver’s side window roll down and she can see the man’s face clearly. He’s smirking evilly as he drives by Daniel, who is standing froz
Regina sits up, placing her elbows on her thighs as she stares at the window across the room. She's afraid of facing what she did last night, but at the same time she has no desire to leave him alone either. He's never been so open with her before and she doesn't understand why he' s doing it now. Maybe he's scared that she'll think less of him after she found out about everything he went through. It doesn't seem like that's what he is worried about though, because he never told her about it. Even after all these weeks together he barely opened up to her. She knows that he has feelings for her, but she still feels like he doesn’t trust her enough. After a moment she gets up from the bed and starts walking toward the bathroom. As soon as the door closes behind her, Regina leans onto the counter. After spending hours and hours just staring at those damn walls yesterday, she's really starting to grow frustrated at herself. How could she let those bastards win? What did she expect? She sh
his gaze to meet hers.“Good morning.” He greets her softly, smiling.“Good morning.” She answers, also smiling, returning the gesture. She watches him carefully, noticing that despite his words he seems somewhat uncomfortable. She wonders why and how many nights he spent tossing and turning last night due to his dream. “You didn’t have any bad dreams this night?”He shakes his head and looks away. “I’m glad you stayed.”“Me too.” She agrees. They both remain quiet for a few minutes, neither wanting to talk about the events of the previous evening. But eventually they must break the silence, because he speaks up."So… You came back here? I thought…”"No, I didn’t stay here. I left immediately after you fell asleep."He smiles at her. "Good morning." He repeats, making her laugh."Good morning." She replies."What would you like for breakfast?" He asks. She looks at him questioningly. "Um, what exactly is your definition of 'breakfast?'” Sh
“Sorry girls, I just need to be alone for now" she replies in a broken state while looking at the none resistant eyes of the little girls. She was trying not to cry but was failing miserably by the end. She walks through the halls aimlessly, her head low and her mind in turmoil. She needed time to sort out what the hell had happened but she knew that wasn’t an option here. It would just mean more time away from these children’s concerned eyes. She stops at one of the windows to look outside; the moonlight was falling heavily as usual in this part of town. There was nothing special about this particular window though, it looked exactly like all other ones around her. However, she noticed something different this time around. The trees were swaying back and forth slightly; almost like there was some kind of wind coming from behind them. It was odd enough for her to have stopped to look. “Everything we dreamt and built together is all crumbling," she says while holding her locket
The first rays of sunlight illuminate the whole room through the blinds covering the windows. She blinks several times as she yawns loudly. She rubs the sleepiness off her eyes and stretches slightly. She hears a slight groan next to her and looks over at him to find him staring at her through a heavy eyelid. Slowly he starts waking up more. His eyebrows furrow and his lips purse together slightly as his eyes focus on Regina. He blinks several times and then turns his gaze away from her. She watches his face carefully, waiting for him to show any signs of discomfort. To her surprise, however, he remains very calm.He pushes himself up and sits cross legged on the edge of the bed while stretching once more before finally lifting his gaze to meet hers.“Good morning.” He greets her softly, smiling.“Good morning.” She answers, also smiling, returning the gesture. She watches him carefully, noticing that despite his words he seems somewhat uncomfortable. She wonders why and
wearing the same tattered sweatshirt as earlier. He looks like he hasn't slept in days.He slowly walks over to her, and she keeps her gaze focused on her hands folded together on her lap; trying her best not to let him know how worried she is for him. She hears him sit next to her on the bed. "Are you okay?” He asked in a soft voice. She finally lifts her gaze from her hands to meet his eyes. She takes in his appearance for a few moments and then she says. "Yes. I'm fine."He frowns. "But you're not. Why won't you tell me what happened? I already said you could leave whenever you wanted and that we were friends and nothing more," he tells her with pleading, sad blue eyes. She swallows nervously before looking back down. "I am really sorry… It's none of my business." She tells him sincerely. "I should probably go back to the living room now." She adds as an afterthought, standing up to take a step back. She feels his hand gently touch her shoulder. She slowly tur
