Chapter 148 - Hospital Rounds

Archie arrived at the hospital after his interrogation process had been finalized. He was to be placed under house arrest so that they could still look into things. At least that was the excuse given but everyone knew that it was a lie. It was just to keep him from taking any drastic step while his name was smudged in the mud.

Marshall's head shot up as soon as he had a footstep walking into his room. He never expected to see Archie especially after the way he had treated him. Even he knew that that was not the best way he could have handled that situation.

"Archie..." He drew out in regret but Archie walked closer to his father's bed without any bias in mind and plopped on it.

Sighing softly, Archie began, "I know how you must be feeling but it's all good. I am just so pleased that you are finally here, alive and well. That is the most important thing every other thing can follow right after." He said.
