Emma, seated across from him, leaned forward, her brow furrowed in concentration. "We need allies, Adrian. We can't do this alone. We have to gather support from every corner of Ellington, even if it means turning to unlikely sources."

Adrian nodded, his jaw set. "I know. It's time to swallow our pride and reach out to those we've never considered before."

Their first stop was the old factory on the outskirts of town. Rusted and abandoned, it had become the unofficial headquarters for the town's misfits and outcasts. As they approached, Adrian's heart pounded in his chest. He exchanged a look with Emma, who gave him a reassuring nod.
