10. Radio and first signal

AT THE SAME TIME

AT MICHAEL'S POV:

As I was lying near them I noticed how both of them were talking. I knew that I needed those things, but I can not resist sometimes to have moments like this. It feels so nice to be like this. I feel so happy since it's really enjoyable. I decided that we had to camp until soon rises again. As soon as we noticed the sunrise, we started walking further. To my side were two of my dearest friends, Wanessa and Ophelia. We had decided to embark on a peaceful walk through the woods, seeking adventure and tranquility in the heart of nature. The earthy scent of damp soil and fallen leaves filled the air, grounding us in the present moment.

"It looks pretty, but how we are going to find those details?"I asked.

"I don't know," Wanessa said.

"I hope we find it in that location,"I said.

Wanessa, with her contagious laughter, shared an anecdote that had us all in stitches. "You won't believe what happened at one of the tasks today."She said. "My boss, Mr. Anderson, tried to tell a joke during the staff meeting. It was so bad that no one even knew it was a joke!".She said.

The path led us beside a meandering stream, its crystalline waters glinting in the dappled sunlight. We paused for a moment to skip a few stones across the water. Ophelia managed an impressive three skips, prompting a friendly competition among us. The sound of laughter joined the joyful gurgling of the stream. It seems that this journey might bring three of us together.

"I think we are getting closer."I said.

"It looks like an old shop in the end of the forest. I wonder what happened here before."Wanessa said.

"I saw some books and it seemed that it was a shop. Before those creatures appeared everyone was living in harmony."Ophelia said.

"I hope it happens one day again."I said.

In a few hours we were able to reach an old workshop famous for metal things and it seems that it had better days. In my head is still looking better than a wasteyard. I started looking around and I was pretty delighted for things I was able to find. Ophelia and Wanssa were near me so it was pretty nice to have them by my side. It was something I enjoyed to see. I was confused about some things, I knew that it was for the best.

''I am glad that we are able to find these things here.'' I said.

''I am going to take out the list and soon we should be done with it.'' Wanessa said.

''We need a quantum receiver, an energy amplifier, and a frequency tuner.''I said.

''It sounds like some things that we should be able to find here.'' Wanessa said.

''I think so too.'' Ophelia said.

I nodded and smiled. It made sense an Electronic shop to have things like this. All three of us started to look for it and I was happy to see that we are able to find some of the needed things.

''I think soon we be able to go back v . .''I said.

''We can help you build it.'' Ophelia said.

''I want to help it too.'' Wanessa said.

I nodded and sighed. It made sense. I still was worried about them wanted to 'share's me part. I had no idea what those two meant by that. I mean I understand that they want to date me, but I am just an omega. I am sure that they could find someone better than me.

As soon as I got home I started working on radio. I saw Wanessa and Ophelia who seemed to be pretty excited to see me work. It was like they never seen me do stuff like this. In my previous life I had a lot of money but now I need to work for everything and it can get pretty hard. As soon as I was done with radio I started to hear weird noises.

It seems that someone wishes to contact me for a trade. I heard that those training can be pretty useful.

''I should give a go.'' I thought.

I mean nothing bad can happen if I going to go there. It seems that this game finally gives me some advantage. I am happy to see that. I'm not sure why right now I need to go there, but maybe I'm going to get something good.

AT UNKNOWN LOCATION

AT MICHAEL'S POV:

As soon as I got here I could tell that nothing was out of order. It was just a simple forest spot. I started looking around in hope to find something. I could tell that it will take a while for me to do it. I had no idea who would send this signal. I don't have many things to trade, so it was pretty weird for me.

''Someone is here?'' I asked.

I looked around but I was still unable to find that person. In a few hours I have started loosing hope. I mean it is not like every day you get a signal and then a person don't respond to you.

''Are you here for a trade?''I heard a male voice.

As soon as I turned around I saw a male looking at me. I could tell that is another oc in this game.

''I am here for this reason. I don't have much tho.''I said.

''I noticed that you got some food I am actually pretty interested in that.'' An oc said.

''I can do that.'' I said.

''What do you want for it?''He asked.

''Something useful.''I said.

I nodded and smiled. It did sounded like a good idea. I swapped my bag of berries for unknown COMMON blueprint. It seems that I can build a bath.

''See you soon.'' He said and disappeared.

I smiled and went back home. I can not wait to build something like this.
