CHAPTER 10

She wished she had a close connection like theirs. They seemed to understand each other without even talking, and had a strong bond of trust and loyalty.

Ignoring how she really felt, Emily smiled and congratulated Jack and Sarah on their win. But deep down, she wanted something more, something she was afraid she might never have.

Emily was lost in her thoughts and hardly noticed a man coming towards her from the shadows, someone she didn't expect to see. Her friend Alex has always been there for her and has never stopped supporting her through many difficult times."Hi Emily," Alex said warmly and gently as he reached out to her.

"I'm really happy that you are okay. "Emily's heart raced when she saw him, and she blushed because earlier she had been jealous.

She was so concerned about her own worries that she didn't even notice the love and support that was always there."Alex," Emily said softly as she looked at him. I didn't mean to ignore you.

Alex smiled and held her hand to let her know he understood her. "He said not to apologize," he said gently while holding her hand to comfort her. "I'm glad you're okay and doing well. " The text is asking for a simplification of itself.

Unfortunately without the original text, it is impossible to provide a simplified version.Upon seeing Alex, Emily experienced a pleasant and comforting sensation that she was unaware she was missing.

During that time, she understood the extent of her reliance on Alex and how consistently he supported her with his strength and kindness."I don't know what I would do without you," Emily said thankfully, holding Alex's hand firmly.

"You have always stood by my side, even when I was not worthy of it." The content concerns the act of rephrasing provided text.Alex grinned affectionately at Emily. He bent forward and planted a soft kiss on her forehead.

He promised to always be there for you, speaking honestly and gently. "What happens is irrelevant. " Kindly make this text easier to understand: "The team worked together on the project to make sure all tasks were finished on time and within the budget." They kept in regular contact to ensure everyone was aligned and collaborated to tackle any issues that came up during the process.

At that moment, Emily felt a lot of emotions - she felt grateful, affectionate, and like she finally found a strong connection. She realized she didn't need to be jealous of Jack and Sarah's friendship because she had something special with Alex - a love that was strong and loyal, and had lasted a long time.

Emily felt calm and glad as she looked at Jack and Sarah, feeling happy that they were happy. She knew their journey wasn't over, but she also knew they would face any problems together because they loved each other and were determined to keep each other safe.

Jack, Sarah, Emily, and Alex were in a weird place, but they felt safer being together than by themselves. They were ready to face any problems with confidence because they had love in their hearts and strong spirits.

They knew they would overcome whatever challenges came their way.As the group was happy about winning, Jack felt like something wasn't right.

Even though most people were happy and grateful, he still felt anxious and uneasy.Jack was lost in thought and didn't realize that his friend Ryan had approached him.

Ryan looked a bit unsure or worried. Ryan and Jack have been friends for a while, but Jack feels that something is weird between them that he can't understand."Jack," Ryan said, sounding a little worried and clearing his throat nervously.

There is something. (No simplification needed) I need to talk to you about something.Jack looked confused and suspicious as he turned to look at Ryan. His brow was furrowed and his eyes narrowed. "What is that. " he asked, sounding worried.

Ryan paused for a second, looking at Sarah and then back at Jack. rewrite this "I knew where Sarah was," he said quietly. "I didn't say it to you. "Jack felt his heart race when Ryan admitted something, and he felt a mix of emotions like betrayal, anger, and confusion.

How could his friend hide such important information from him, especially when Sarah's safety was in danger."Why" Jack asked, sounding upset and frustrated. "Why didn't you tell me about that? "Ryan felt uncomfortable as Jack looked at him. He couldn't look at Jack and had trouble finding the right words.

"I had my own reasons," he whispered, his voice barely heard over the noise of the crowd.Jack's jaw tightened with anger as he looked at Ryan, unable to believe what he was seeing.

He thought Ryan was a good friend, but now Ryan was confessing to keeping important information from him. It could have made a big difference if he knew it earlier.

Before Jack could talk to Ryan more, Sarah came forward with a worried look on her face and stood in front of Jack and Ryan. "What's happening?" she asked, sounding worried as she looked back and forth between them.

Jack took a big breath and tried to calm down before looking at Sarah. "Ryan said he knew where you were, and he sounded very disappointed." "But he didn't say it to me.”Sarah looked surprised when she heard what Jack said.

She looked at Ryan with a mix of disbelief and anger. She asked angrily, feeling hurt, "Why did you do that?" as she looked at Ryan. Ryan felt embarrassed and couldn't look at Sarah as he tried to say the right thing. "I was scared," he said quietly, barely hearing the noises of the crowd.

"I'm scared of losing you."As Ryan admitted to his mistake, Jack felt sorry for him and it made him less angry. He could see that Ryan was really scared and desperate to keep something he used

to love. But that doesn't make his actions okay.
