“Torture?” Cecil glanced at the bound men. They immediately shuddered when they saw Cecil's scary face. From just one look, they immediately knew that Cecil was not a friendly person. He had a fierce face and looked highly trained.

The man swallowed his saliva that had even dried up. “Please, don't do that! I'll do whatever it takes! I don't want to die.”

Shawn grinned. “Die? Wouldn't this city be safer without rotten loan sharks like you?”

The man began to cry. The skin on his face turned white and his lips turned blue. “Huh? I promised I wouldn't do this. Please, let us go!”

Shawn then approached and slapped the man's cheek until it bled. Two of his teeth were knocked out with just one blow. From the slap, the man immediately knew that Shawn was no ordinary person. If Shawn was serious, his physical strength alone could kill the people there. He thought that Shawn must have restrained his power so that the 15 people in the building wouldn't all die.
