23. Lennon's POV

Lennon shook his head. After that, Danny connected his phone to the Bluetooth speaker of the car and, after changing songs, left it and dozed off.

His mind was focused on the road, but he was too excited to see the game. It was as if he was about to get a sneaker after he had ordered it online, and it was his arrival date.

Danny had not really said why the Tigers QB had attracted him, but he knew why. It was because the guy played like him. He threw balls just like Lennon, and that was something to watch out for because...
