27. Silver's POV

Silver sighed, seeing the long line standing in front of the food truck. He knew that he should have bought something before coming here. Of course, the school would be packed with people. This was the first time they were playing in the semi-finals, and everyone in school and even the town, which was a lover of football, was excited to see the outcome.

He, too, was excited and nervous about the game. He didn’t know how well they would play tonight, considering that they have lost their ace running back.

There was no need to mull over spilled milk; he loved what Tony had done. The guy had dived into the situation, trying to find a solution.

Silver joined the queue, eyes on his phone, as he scrolled through the many comments on the school’s group chat. Pete had added him to the group chat a few days ago, and he was having fun reading the messages.

He chuckled lightly when he read one of the messages from pth1458, and he wondered why people used anonymous usernames when chatting. Hi
