Agler smiled faintly. He approached Adelia, brought his body closer to his wife, but Adelia held the man's body. “Adelia, what's wrong with you today?” asked the man with one eyebrow raised looking at Adelia with a suspicious look.

"Nothing happened to me."

Agler gave him a sneering look. “You don't dare look me in the eye tonight. You overreact when I tease you. Are you afraid of falling in love with me for the umpteenth time?”

Gotcha! Adelia found out. The woman cleared her throat a little to maintain her pride. "Do you think I can't do that?"

Agler played with his lips. “You're so weird. We've even improved a lot so far. Wasn't this kind of relationship what you wanted all along, Adelia?”

Adelia took a sip of her saliva. "Yeah, but you don't love me. Who knows you will divorce me one day. Who knows I will be careless with all our agreements because of the cradle of your words. I need to take care of myself, Agler.”

Agler was stunned for a few moments. "Am I that bad in your eyes?"
