Her Decision

Darkness was like a cloud. It knew exactly when to hover over someone, it knew when it come and it didn't leave so easily when it had arrived. Jake felt it, he felt the darkness lurking in the corners and when he fell to the ground, he felt it overcome him. The darkness came with rain that filled his eyes. He finally gave in to it and cried his eyes out. He couldn't stand the sadness anymore. He came back to resolve the issues he was having with her but just as he suspected, she wasn't the type to hang around for long in a place where she did not feel appreciated.
