Spying

"Since when did you start caring about that?" Sasha asked. "Come on Michael, tell me the truth." She didn't believe the lie one bit. She knew Michael like the back of her palm and she knew that he didn't just do things unexpectedly. He was a calculated man who thought about everything before he started doing it.

Michael suspected that Sasha wouldn't believe a word that came out of his mouth. They have been friends for a long time and she knew him like the back of her palm. But he had still hoped that he would be able to get the information he wanted without having to do or say much.

"Okay, if you must know. I am here because I saw you walk in to the cafe when Jake was still in there," Michael said and held a sober face afterwards.

"Are you spying on me, Michael?" Sasha asked and Cassidy snickered. She knew exactly where it was going.

"Spying on you?! God no, I was in the cafe with Jake before you came in. I had just left with another friend of his and I wanted to ask Jake something.
