The Payment

When Jake looked back, Sasha had moved to the counter to place her order. She didn't even say anything about the coffee that he spilt on her. She couldn't believe that she would still be that upset with him, even though what he did was unthinkable. Jake sighed and walked back to meet her.

"Sasha?" He called her name and watched as she groaned before turning her head to answer him.

"What do you want Jake?" She asked.

"Look I know you are still upset but at least, let me pay for the cloth so that I don't have to add that to the number of reasons for you hating me."

"I can take care of the clothe. Trust me, I do not need your help." She said and went back to waiting for her order.

"Yes, I know that you don't need my help but come on. I want to do this."

"It's not the first thing you have wanted to do but you were not able to. So just let it be , Jake. Really, I'm good."
